You keep mentioning to "lower your tyre pressure" and "lower it more" but that is meaningless to everybody. Some think going from 40psi highway to 32psi desert is enough. It's not. My pressure through the Simpson is 16psi cold. That's how people know what to lower pressure to. On a dry crossing, pressure may need to go down to 12psi. At those pressures the crossing is easy, but don't swerve your vehicle or a tyre may de-bead.
Nicely done all round. Drones have certainly made the landscape and the remoteness look great and vast. Sound advice and in essence you don't need too much to do such a trip. Time, a decent 4wd (and didn't you have a decent one) and a good shovel.
Did it last week same line 3 days 2 nights last 75km i bent my front front strut didnt snap off lucky managed to crawl to birdsville took me 6 hours good fun
Do it all again in reverse perhaps with the new Everest and Ranger as second vehicle, I’m sure plenty of us would like to see the capabilities of these new gen vehicles in a realistic test.
Looking to take my Next Gen Everest across next April, hoping to be the first to do so with it being closed over Summer. Will likely have the drone up filming a lot of it as well!!
I notice that the step got banged up by a rock. That makes me wonder what you would like to add aftermarket if it was your vehicle? Maybe rock sliders and more heavy duty underbody protection?
Funny how Oodnadatta has been wiped off the map at the 1 minute mark! That's the last place to fuel up and also a place to buy the Desert Parks Pass. Good camera footage showing underside of the 300, with suspension moving up and down.
It's a lol moment, not a legitimate Tesla site. It's bloody funny, guess whom ever put it there is getting a real kick out of their handy work reaching your channel, hah😂🤣.

Guys, you're making me so envious, yeah go again but take me with you, I'll have to bring a fake Tesla to park up on a lead beside the sigh, 😁😂🤣
The Saul swag is the only true swag love mine
And a "little bit of knowledge" can be a problem too.......
Where was the Tesla charger?

Someone has just installed a sign in a clearing, we all had a good laugh :)
