wow! when freshly baked they seemed unflavored and fragile, but the day after they are perfect! they are much more compact and fudgy and the flavor is amazing! So I'd recommend baking them the day before and wait until completely cooled off before cutting them
This recipe is a keeper honestly best brownies we have ever baked and bought ! would never know they are dairy free, will be checking out your other recipes 😊

my absolute FAV Recipe! I have used it twice so far. It's simple and so fudgy. I don't use the chocolate chips but its still good
Can i just use 100 gram sugar monkfruit-erythritol blend for the sweetener?
Is the coffee and melted chocolate room temperature? I used hot coffee and chocolate and my brownies were dense and dry

O don’t think you can. The soy milk is thicker and that’s important for the final result 😉
