You can use dates instead of sugar. Just let them soak and then blend until they become pasty, adding a bit of water if needed. Also, I'd recommend replacing butter with any vegetable oil, or if you don't want oils either, you can try replacing it with blended avocado.
Hi! There are a couple of egg alternatives on the market that would work well to replace the flax. My favorite is the Bob Mill's egg replacer that you can get a lot of places now (and online). The flax helps the batter to bind in place of the eggs. I don't think that chia seeds have the same properties. If you do try the chia seeds, let me know how it goes!!!
I used chia seeds two times for cakes when I was out of eggs and it turned really moist but It has a poppy cake texture so ıf you like poppy cake than it's alright to use chia I suppose, but when it comes to brownies I don't think it will work, it will ruin the texture 😕
That means you overcooked it. My recommendation is to constantly keep an eye on the brownie batter while it's baking. Use a toothpick or a match for this purpose. It shouldn't come out dry, but it also shouldn't come out overly wet. My batter usually takes somewhere between 10 to 12 minutes until it's properly baked. Remember, your brownie will be much better undercooked than overcooked.
Can I get the recipe? Your website doesn’t work for the recipe. Pls
Hi!! This looks amazing! I want to try this but I need a gluten free option. What would you suggest for flours and ratios?
I haven't tried gluten-free on this recipe, but I've heard the Bob Mills gluten-free flour mix works perfectly at a one-to-one ratio!
That looks amazing
Hey! I have tried many vegan variations for an intense fudgey brownie. Would these have crackly skin at the too?
They do have a crackle on the top! But you have to let them cool completely which can take a few hours (so hard to wait!!!).
Any tips if I want to skip all sugar including brown? I like to stick with chocolate chips for sweetness.

What is an alternative to flax seed? Can I use chia seeds instead or would that ruin the whole recipe?

Looks amazing!!!
Mouthwatering!!
Total chocolate heaven!!
My first successful brownie. However, the texture came out crumbly.

Just a reminder Jesus died in your place and He loves you so so much 😊
