Recipe:
-1 cup vegetable oil
-1 cup maple syrup
-½ cup soy milk
-1 tablespoon vanilla
-2 cups flour
-1 cup cocoa
-1 ½ cups sugar
-2 tablespoons baking powder
-½ teaspoon salt

We had so much fun #Baking these #Vegan brownies! It is one of he best brownie recipes I've ever had. I love vegan chocolate sweets because most of the time you cant even tell that they're vegan! This is something my sister can eat because she is very sensitive to dairy.

I just tried this tonight bc I was stressed and craved for some sweetness and they turned out amazing. I used cake flour and added some walnuts I had left as well and still hella delicious + it was my first brownie from scratch so THANK U FOR THIS !
What temperature did u cook them at?

Here are some tips since i tried it myself a couple times:
where i live they don't sell maple so i replaced it with melted sugar and works just as well, but it needs far less than the recipe says: instead of 2 1/2 cups in total I used 1 1/2;
also the baking powed is way too much, if you don't want the brownies to come out just as cake, I'd use just 1 tbs, and fot the batter itself, it was way too dry! I added 1 1/4 cup of water (vegan milk works fine too) and finally got it to the right consistency!

I have to make them to my friend. He's allergic to milk protein, which means that he cannot eat anything with milk or traces of milk. This recepie dosent conate anny type of milk. This recipe doesn't contain any type of animal milk.
This is my most favorite brownie recipe ever! Best brownie the way I wanted! Moist, fudgy, chocolatey, not too sweet, and I added some walnuts and it's perfect. Best combo with a scoop of vanilla iced cream. 😁
