This thump nail is very misleading. MAGE WAS BEATEN BY A HORSE WHO HE CONFRONTED AT THE TOP OF THE STRETCH AND WAS SOUNDLY PUT AWAY.

Mage was not fully cranked.... Before race trainer said Mage was about 85% in terms of training with the Travers as the main goal. That being said winner ran a great race and was once considered a very live derby prospect
