She states in her interviews that she never gets nervous, And when asked to do something impromptu, she is pitch perfect according to the piano app on my phone. She listened to jazz thanks to her grandmother playing it around the house. I can imagine probably thinking to herself, I can do that and even better. After all what is there to get nervous about with this innate talent. I am glad you are an angel too.

I agree, she was born with that confidence. A lot of people say she was born with the voice, but she wasn't, she worked tirelessly on that. When she was a little toddler she didn't sound very good. It wasn't until the age of six that her voice really started to shine. From then on the improvement has never stopped.

Shyness and all of that comes from from self focus, no room for that in her performance mode, she is totally consumed by the music and her love for the people. Her deep understanding of the music also leaves no room for self doubt, just like when people speak their native language.
