This is an exciting time for Angelina. A few months ago she performed at the FIFA awards in Paris. Her new album will be released in a few months and she is dropping a single by the end of the month.
Apparently she will be touring after her album is released.
Now that she is graduating from high school in a month or so the full promotion of her will begin.

Awesome reaction and she has wisdom of a 50 year old at age 6! Buy her book that was Published when she was 9 about her experience at age 6. Talk about Worldly knowledge at that age is just unheard of. Her resume at age 17 is incredible, read her bio on Wikipedia, it's staggering for someone not even World known and so young. Her talents are unbelievable, anything she attempts, it seems she Masters. A perfectionist, speaks/writes 4 languages, learning German in School and Spanish on the Streets of L.A.. She is an Author, has Acted, with help from her Grandma, Designs and Sews her own clothes, Paints and now getting into Modeling with the help of Heidi Klum. In fact they just finished up a TV Show, The Next Top German Model which will not only showcase her Modeling Skills, but also her Acting Capabilities. And don't forget her Writing/Composing/Singing Skills that are out of this World. She has been watching a lot of Comedy on the Internet which I believe she is going to incorporate into her Concerts like Elvis did a lot to improve her Stage Presence. Remember she is a perfectionist who is so hard on herself it's ridiculous. Watch the tape of when they are celebrating her Grandma's Birthday when the Fire Department shows up. She has so much Empathy and Love that even though the reason for the alarm being set off, she takes the blame, making a quote, "I feel so bad, that this happened". You tell me what other 17 year old has so much empathy and Pure Love she wants to share with the World. The lady with flowers in the hair is Anita Hegerland, who is a norwegian artist and was a Child prodigy . Just google her! Danny Kaye wanted to bring her to USA as the new Shirley Temple, but her parentes didn't want this for Anita. Anita Hegerland was married to Mike Oldfield and was singing together with him.
It’s almost unreal how good this performance is, regardless of age. That line “it’s heaven when youuuuuuuu, find romance on your menu” just couldn’t be sung any better!
Angelina is amazing. Her timing is astounding, she sings each line to perfection… stretching words, creating gaps, vibrato, slides, you name it, there is everything. A true jazz professional at just 8yo. Her version of this song is up there with the best… if not the best.

Yes, we are privileged to be witness to Angelina! Reactor/singers have pointed out also that she put herself out in the audience, in front of all her instrumental and vocal backing, THE most difficult place to stay in sync with the music, yet she is flawless....at 8!!
You said-“now that she’s a little older…” Actually, she’s 8 here. I think is one of the most astonishing Angelina performances. At 8, she’s singing with live music, in front of thousands-giving us a truly beautiful cover of this 1950’s hit. She’s following the Dinah Washington version, but I’m familiar enough with that to hear when she takes it in a different way. She is perfectly on pitch, with nuance, vocal glides, and texture. And already Angelina is able to choose a voice that fits this song perfectly. It’s stunning.
When we said now that she's a little older we were speaking of current day Angelina. Our last Angelina reaction was near current day so we were just talking about it in that sense. It's always amazing hearing an artist perform and knock it out of the park, but seeing an 8yr old do it is just another level.

And she is a great humanitarian. In honor to her japanese grandfather, who helped the homeless community in Oslo, she helps the homeless community in LA, one of the biggest in the US. She was seen by chance at different times, helping those unlucky people. A part of her proceeds is donated to child charity.
This was a concert in Norway. The Norwegians adopted her when she won Norway’s Got Talent, so most of these people have probably heard her before. She sang at this concert for several years. One thing that gets me is that English is her third language and she pronounces every word perfectly at age 8! Such a marvel!

Great reactions. I have heard many of her song renditions 100 times each and they always cause my heart to take a special beat.
I can still hear Dinah Washington singing this song in my mind, playing on the radio when I was 8 or 9 yrs old back in the late 1950’s. They always played it on the only radio station we could get, which was an AM station across the boarder in British Columbia. Little did I know then that this little Princess would steal my heart with this rendition of that song. How many smiles do you think this little girl has brought to the faces of the 10 billion or so people on this planet??? It simply has had to have had a positive effect on the “well being” of planet earth. And think how many more are to come? She has barely even got started. She is literally changing the world for the better one song at a time. What an absolute SWEETHEART!!
This was the second song / video I experienced when I discovered Angelina. The first being Bohemian Rhapsody. I have watched this dozens of times and listened to it hundreds. My brain still tries to match the sound with the visual. Truly remarkable.
Pure joy! She just so widens our hearts. This Angel's soul talks directly to our souls. All we have to do is to close our eyes and breathe.
This is my favorite "Baby" Angelina performance. IMO, this is as good as Dinah Washington's Grammy winning performance of this song. There is a virtual mash-up of this performance & Dinah's original version, with it going back & forth throughout the song & it blows my mind how good AJ is.

Norway is a country of a little more than 5M people, so that's just about everyone. This song was a Grammy Winner in the R&B category of the very first Grammys in 1959. Dinah Washinton won the Grammy, and her music was a big influence on young Angelina. I was at this event in Halden, Norway sitting not too far from “that woman in the audience” that you mentioned. I was told by a Norwegian acquaintance that she is Anita Hegerland, Norway’s best selling solo artist. Back in the early ‘70s at the age of 10, she and Michael Jackson were the best selling child singers. To see the emotions on her face is a testament to the effect that Angelina’s voice has on many people even on a well seasoned singer like Anita Hegerland.
