Ninja Nanny, or "Why Nobody Likes MS Paint anymore". Was this sold by some crazed programmer in a back alley, desperate for a small coin to feed his addiction to cheap booze and heroin? I'm almost afraid to find out the story behind this. Could be used to make a good Candle Cove trollpasta, though.
Tis truly a masterpiece of surrealist art. That MS-Paint, that Word Art, they even use Microsoft Sam! Is there nothing this game does not do? It should be kept on display at the London Tate Museum.
