"Indoor Family Spinning Coaster" describes Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind as well. I'm curious to see what Universal and Mack would create there. Storytelling will be key. I'm pulling for the Wolfman for the IP
Guardians is more like Gringotts. A MACK spinning coaster is like Time Traveller at Silver Dollar City. You can also compare it to Cobra's Curse at BG.
@@adammayo4377 Guardians will be WAYY more than Gringotts 🤣. We have already seen part of the layout leaked, and already have an estimated top speed of around 50-65 mph with 2 Launches. This is in no way like the borderline Dark ride of Gringotts. Although, I do not expect it to be overly intense though, since it is disney. Also I feel like Universal would go for something more like Time Traveler since there is literally a Mack Family Spinner like an hour away with quite a lot of theming which I believe would not be the best choice.
Great fun and informative video, for me the how to train your dragon coaster seems the most fun although the donkey kong one also seems great. Keep up the great work i would love to stay updated about the epic universe. Subscribed :)
here's what I need to see at the opening of the Classic Monsters land: 1) Ricou Browning is the Guest of Honor for the Grand Opening; he played the Gill-Man in all three Creature from the Black Lagoon movies (the swimming sequences, anyway); he's also the last living actor to have played one of the Classic Monsters 2) a larger than life statue dedicated to Lon Chaney, Jr.; not as any character, but the man himself. He was in 10 UCM movies, more than any other actor -- five as Larry Talbot, the Wolf Man; once as Frankenstein's Monster; three times as Kharis, the Mummy; and once as Count Dracula (technically his son, but the title was passed down). He's the only actor to have played all of the "Big Four" monsters 3) a smaller statue dedicated to Dwight Frye, to serve as a tribute to the various character actors who played supporting roles across multiple movies; he's most famous as Renfield in "Dracula" and Fritz in "Frankenstein", but he also had an uncredited role as a reporter in "The Invisible Man", and bit parts in four of the Frankenstein sequels (two of which were just uncredited villagers) 4) Franchises and characters that need to be represented: Dracula -- Count Dracula (both Bela Lugosi and John Carradine), Professor van Helsing; Frankenstein -- The Monster (both Boris Karloff and Glenn Strange), Henry Frankenstein, Ygor; The Mummy -- Kharis, Andoheb (Egyptian mystic turned High Priest of Karnak/Arkam and Kharis' handler), Stephen Banning & Babe Jenson (twice defeated Kharis & Andoheb); The Invisible Man -- Geoffrey Radcliffe (I know that Jack Griffin/Claude Rains was the original, but Vincent Price just has a much more recognizable voice); The Wolfman --Larry Talbot, Maleva the gypsy woman; The Creature from the Black Lagoon -- the Gill-Man, Captain Lucas. 5) even though he was overshadowed by Talbot, some recognition should go to Dr. Wilfred Glendon from "Werewolf of London" 6) If the Phantom of the Opera makes an appearance, it should alternate between Lon Chaney, Sr.'s silent black & white version and Claude Rains' talking technicolor version (which was the only UCM film to win any Academy Awards)
Hmm, so two Mack rides were added? Obviously only one of them to Epic Universe, but is the other installation going to come to Orlando, or a different Universal resort? Or is that info not available yet?
Haven’t heard anything yet. They may have also meant the Mack Splash Battle boat ride for this park when talking about two more installations! If the Monsters coaster rumor is true, that would make three Mack rides at the park total.
Can't wait for Nintendo World. The How to Train your Dragon area also has my interest but everything else is kind of a dud for me. I feel like universal monsters is so generic today but I'd love to be proved wrong. The hub coaster could be cool, it's like Rip Ride Rocket hopefully it has better theming.
Not a thrill ride person, so it's good to see that I'll be able to ride two of those coasters at least. Looking forward to the Monster section dark ride.
@1:56 To be honest I am looking forward to Donkey Kong Mine Cart coaster and the new “boom coaster” system. Seeing how Universal is using the patented “boom coaster” system for Donkey Kong Mine Cart coaster at Universals Epic Universe. Also listening to this maybe Disney should look into getting new ride systems and look into perfecting the Cantilevered Coaster Concept which the Boom Coaster is system is based on but is a more simplified version of the Cantilevered Coaster. For example they could use it to build a whole new ride and/or revamp the Tomorrowland Speedway to a create a dark ride based on the go karts in Sugar Rush from the movie Wreck It Ralph and/or the cars in Slaughter Race from the movie Ralph Breaks the Internet. ruclips.net/video/TiRv_6PhH4s/видео.html
Was gonna go to Disney/universal this year but I’m gonna save more and wait until this opens. Can’t wait! Wish they make a Harry Potter experience like Disney with the SW hotel.
Are we still getting the Donkey Kong Mine Cart coaster in Epic Universe? Because as a Nintendo Fan it would be awesome getting that ride because the Donkey Kong series is rumored to return on Switch and not to mention Nintendo is promoting Donkey Kong in Nintendo World! Imagine a awesome new land plus a new Donkey Kong game! The Donkey Kong Minecart represents the levels of the Donkey Kong Country series.
I've heard that if they decide to scrap a land it would more than likely be Universal Monsters. I hope this doesn't happen, we need a proper land for The Classic horror icons.
I personally believe that it would be quite interesting if they somehow incorporated a Gerstlauer Eurofighter or Infinity model into a land. These rides are unique and aren't seen at all in Florida. They also open up many more possibilities of theming, and can be indoor as well! Don't mind me though, I kind of fell into a slight obsession with vertical drops haha.. Anyways, thanks for the great video! I've been eagerly tracking down any updates, news, or rumors on Epic Universe. ^^
Luigi's Haunted Mansion or Hyrule Temple would be real fun not to mention Pokemon (a steady IP that has endured years same as Mario) tbh i havent even watched a single movie of How to Train your Dragon
Our Family is so excited to see that Universal is building a new Park. We’re planning an amazing vacation to Universal, Islands of Adventure, and now Epic Universe!! Disney who?……lol
My ideas for additional future themed areas for Epic Universe: Jurassic World: Includes an actual Camp Cretaceous (including animatronics of Bumpy, Toro, and the Scorpios rex). MonsterVerse: Has a kaiju theme featuring both King Kong and Godzilla. The area includes a Monarch facility area as well as a Hollow Earth area, and the Monarch facility features an animatronic Mothra larva. Cybertron: Based on Transformers, will be similar to the one in Beijing as well as Yomiuriland's (a Japanese theme park) Car Factory area (the area will also include actual fully-automatic transforming animatronics of Optimus Prime and Bumblebee). Will also include elements from the upcoming Rise of the Beasts (featuring transforming animatronics of Optimus Primal and Cheetor).
Also, ideas for accompanying theme music for each areas: Jurassic World: The classic Jurassic Park theme as well as music from Jurassic World MonsterVerse: "Man vs. Beast" from Kong: Skull Island and the themes for Godzilla, Mothra, Rodan, and King Ghidorah from Godzilla: King of the Monsters Cybertron: An arrangement of the classic Transformers theme song as well as the Beast Wars theme

* finally, an often overlooked franchise gets its own area: Banjo-Kazooie
This park is going to be a game changer , so excited for it to open , wonder if passes will be as much as Disney tho
Love these informational videos
"Indoor Family Spinning Coaster" describes Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind as well. I'm curious to see what Universal and Mack would create there. Storytelling will be key. I'm pulling for the Wolfman for the IP
Don't you mean it describes Gringotts?
guardians will be more intense not a family coaster i thought?
Guardians is more like Gringotts. A MACK spinning coaster is like Time Traveller at Silver Dollar City. You can also compare it to Cobra's Curse at BG.
Wolf Man would be awesome!
Also I feel like Universal would go for something more like Time Traveler since there is literally a Mack Family Spinner like an hour away with quite a lot of theming which I believe would not be the best choice.
hey Alicia long time no see sis thank you for the stream 💗💗💗😊😃
It would be awesome if there is a water ride based off the creature in the black lagoon.
Excellent piece!
Great fun and informative video, for me the how to train your dragon coaster seems the most fun although the donkey kong one also seems great. Keep up the great work i would love to stay updated about the epic universe. Subscribed :)
I am so freaking excited for this park
this park is a disney killer LOOKS SO GOOD
here's what I need to see at the opening of the Classic Monsters land:
1) Ricou Browning is the Guest of Honor for the Grand Opening; he played the Gill-Man in all three Creature from the Black Lagoon movies (the swimming sequences, anyway); he's also the last living actor to have played one of the Classic Monsters
2) a larger than life statue dedicated to Lon Chaney, Jr.; not as any character, but the man himself. He was in 10 UCM movies, more than any other actor -- five as Larry Talbot, the Wolf Man; once as Frankenstein's Monster; three times as Kharis, the Mummy; and once as Count Dracula (technically his son, but the title was passed down). He's the only actor to have played all of the "Big Four" monsters
3) a smaller statue dedicated to Dwight Frye, to serve as a tribute to the various character actors who played supporting roles across multiple movies; he's most famous as Renfield in "Dracula" and Fritz in "Frankenstein", but he also had an uncredited role as a reporter in "The Invisible Man", and bit parts in four of the Frankenstein sequels (two of which were just uncredited villagers)
4) Franchises and characters that need to be represented:
Dracula -- Count Dracula (both Bela Lugosi and John Carradine), Professor van Helsing;
Frankenstein -- The Monster (both Boris Karloff and Glenn Strange), Henry Frankenstein, Ygor;
The Mummy -- Kharis, Andoheb (Egyptian mystic turned High Priest of Karnak/Arkam and Kharis' handler), Stephen Banning & Babe Jenson (twice defeated Kharis & Andoheb);
The Invisible Man -- Geoffrey Radcliffe (I know that Jack Griffin/Claude Rains was the original, but Vincent Price just has a much more recognizable voice);
The Wolfman --Larry Talbot, Maleva the gypsy woman;
The Creature from the Black Lagoon -- the Gill-Man, Captain Lucas.
5) even though he was overshadowed by Talbot, some recognition should go to Dr. Wilfred Glendon from "Werewolf of London"
6) If the Phantom of the Opera makes an appearance, it should alternate between Lon Chaney, Sr.'s silent black & white version and Claude Rains' talking technicolor version (which was the only UCM film to win any Academy Awards)
The one ride that has me most excited is the Big dark ride at the Monsters land.
I am so excited about the monsters land!
a ride like soarin for how to train ur dragon would be PERFECTT
What?! Omg I never thought they would open it in Orlando omg universal is about to be the best
We plan on buying annual passes starting this year. Soo excited.
halloween horror nights at epic universe is gonna be...epic.
idk why everyone hates the screen rides so much I literally love them
When you’re gonna be 30 but still gonna be first in line for the How to Train your Dragon land.
The racing coaster looks a bit like the old Dueling Dragons at IOA. It even has similar colours!
Not a thrill ride person, so it's good to see that I'll be able to ride two of those coasters at least. Looking forward to the Monster section dark ride.
God I love this channel
At this rate of progress, Universal is sure to beat Disney in the coming years.
i'm all about the monster world, hope they go all out with it. not enough classic monster representation in the parks anymore
There’s going to be a dark ride in Frankenstein’s Castle
I soooo hope this is true,my hubby will DIE
What about the ministry of magic land? Is that getting a coaster too?
Not that we are aware of at this time.
heard concepts for a elevator ride like tower of terror in ministry
Since they're going through with Super Nintendo World, they NEED to have a Mario Kart ride. You can't have one without it!
@@largol33t1 they are. They're getting one like Universal Japan
Was gonna go to Disney/universal this year but I’m gonna save more and wait until this opens. Can’t wait! Wish they make a Harry Potter experience like Disney with the SW hotel.
This is awesome
Thanks.
I love the outdoor coasters but hope they have theming throughout the ride. Universal is amazing with immersions
I'M LATE BUT I'M HERE I WATCH ALL OF THESE!!!!!!!!
the how to train your dragon coaster better be intamin!
How do you get that roller coaster footage cause I wish I could like create one
Planet coaster video game
So excited!
When I was a kid, I wanted to be a Disney Imagineer. The last few years has me wanting to take my engineering skills to Universal Creative.
Classic monsters área, So hyped as a old team member from bettlejuice graveyard. 🤤😵💫🧟♀️🧛♂️
I've heard that if they decide to scrap a land it would more than likely be Universal Monsters. I hope this doesn't happen, we need a proper land for The Classic horror icons.
So far construction on the Monsters land’s main attraction matches the plans, so I think it’s safe!
Dueling coaster would have been a good fast and furious coaster
No i expect it to be more like Test Track.
I CANNOT WAIT!!!!!! 😀😁😄
you guys should collab with rix flix!
I love that Universal is letting Mack and Intamin fight it out in the parks
I would love the new Vekoma flying launched coaster to come here.
way too low capacity.
Luigi's Haunted Mansion or Hyrule Temple would be real fun
not to mention Pokemon (a steady IP that has endured years same as Mario)
tbh i havent even watched a single movie of How to Train your Dragon
Our Family is so excited to see that Universal is building a new Park. We’re planning an amazing vacation to Universal, Islands of Adventure, and now Epic Universe!!
Disney who?……lol
Finally dueling coaters back again yasssss
I hope if they have the dueling coaster it gives a nod to dueling dragons.
My ideas for additional future themed areas for Epic Universe:
Jurassic World: Includes an actual Camp Cretaceous (including animatronics of Bumpy, Toro, and the Scorpios rex).
Also, ideas for accompanying theme music for each areas:
Jurassic World: The classic Jurassic Park theme as well as music from Jurassic World
MonsterVerse: "Man vs. Beast" from Kong: Skull Island and the themes for Godzilla, Mothra, Rodan, and King Ghidorah from Godzilla: King of the Monsters
Cybertron: An arrangement of the classic Transformers theme song as well as the Beast Wars theme
Universal is going to blow Disney out of the water!
The new park sounds awesome!
