      You don’t like when someone has an extended intro that opens up with a “What’s up y’all!” then plugs their sponsors, asks you to click links in the description, tells you about their hoodies and coffee mugs, and pleads with you multiple times to “smash” the like button?

    I get tight when I drive and feels like a heart attack( but it's not) so really looking forward to doing these stretches consistently. How long does it take for total relief?
    Update, after about 3 weeks doing these, I don't feel tightness when driving. Or at all really. ☺️ Thank you.

    This feels amazing. I didn't know that when i work out my chest i need to workout my back too to balance it out and my posture was really bad and i used get a lot of neck pains too. Plus the chest soreness demotivated me a lot and i didn't work out as much,now that wont be a problem

    I did a wall angel exercise (back on the wall and both arms are moving up and down), a few hours later I felt a little discomfort on my left side pectoral muscle. I did the stretch exercises on this video...and it felt much better only just a tiny bit of discomfort when i move my arm fast. I will continue to do these stretches until my arm is completely better.

    Guys, the pecs stretches are indeed helping my shoulder impingement problem. Quick question: is stretching the pec minor or major more important for alleviating impingement? Keep up great work!

    I heard you mention it should not be a sharp pain (the door stretch). What if it's sharp pain?

  • @thetechtron9465
    @thetechtron9465 4 года назад +2

    I think I've cramped my muscle. If I lift my right arm it gives sharp pain under shoulder. If I take deep breath or change posture or do sudden movements it's the same. I was really worried if It's something related to COVID or lungs buy pain goes away if I stay still. I hope it goes away soon

      @@portableluke3295 yeah it went away on its own. I might have strained it lifting some weight or sleeping on wrong posture. All I did was rest on bed for one two days and it was gone :) I tell you though sometimes pain was so bad it felt like something stabbed me in chest if I made sudden moves

    my muscle feels like its being massaged or milked if youre aware of that movement. It was a lot worse when my potassium was low, and an EKG confirmed its not my heart so is it pulled or just tight? its been feeling tight during the day and massaged at night.

    • @leahcimolrac1477
      @leahcimolrac1477 4 года назад

      I’m not a doctor but I’ve sustained gym related injuries, including one where surgery was necessary, and I took anatomy and physiology...
      There’s really no way to tell without evaluation from a doctor. But if you’re young, fit, and the EKG came back fine, plus you don’t smoke and have no family history of heart problems, then the odds of it being your heart are next to nothing.
      Is the feeling only in the chest? Is there any twitching? If so, it’s probably just overuse.
      If it’s worse on one side or the other, though, and there’s “referred pain,” twitching, tingling etc... on that side in your neck, shoulder, arm, or even fingers, then you could have a slipped disk in your neck.
      I would say just to keep stretching unless it causes you pain. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    I have been using a foam roller to stretch my chest. You lie on your back with the roller supporting your head and upper back.
