Hi Jo. This looks beautiful and relatively simple to accomplish. Thanks so much. ❤ 🇨🇦 😊
thank you! Yep a really easy little technique. Glad you enjoyed it x
Wow. The mica powders look great.
thankyou
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing another technique to use with 3D embossing folders! Have a wonderful weekend! 🙂
thanks. Happy Crafting!
I didn’t realize you could do it without heating it. Beautiful
I did mist my card with some water off camera just to "set" the mica powder
@@josimons9765From what I understand, the embossing powders n e e d to be heated as they are actually minuscule bits of PLASTIC. That’s why they get shiny when heated. Perfect Pearls, however, or SHINY EYE SHADOW (😉), again from what I’ve come to understand, are colored mica powders, so they get their shine from their mineral component. It does pay to “set” the mica powders, though, with a non-sticky hair spray or just water. Enjoy!
yep totally correct. I did set my powder with some water off screen:) Im off to raid my daughters eye shadow stash!
@@josimons9765 (( Don’t get caught!! 🤭 😉👍 ))

ive never seen pigment powder before! ty for sharing
give it a try! ITs a lovely product :)
Very pretty.
thank you
Very classy looking. Do you have to heat set or spray with fixative afterwards?
thank you. Yes I did just give it a mist of water to "set" the powder
Beautiful! Does the perfect pearls need to be sealed with anything?
thank you. I did just give my cardstock a mist of water to seal the powder. :)
So you're actually using perfect pearls and not embossing powder?
(( Yup … that’s what she used. You can also use eye shadow from your makeup stash. Just remember to mist your final result with water or a fixative of some kind. A non-tacky hairspray would work, but it’s been so long since I used hairspray that I’m not sure if they still make that kind! )).
