Fresh Walleye Cooked in Doritos Sweet Chili Heat Batter (1v1 Fishing Challenge)

With the all the warm weather we have been having this year, most of the waterways in our area are without ice so we went a little north on a scouting mission in hopes of finding a fish able lake. Lucky for us the first lake we tried had 16+ inches which is more then enough. We spent the day having a little 1v1 tournament to see who could catch the most fish which was capped off with this beautiful walleye that we ended up frying up in a Doritos Sweet Chili Heat batter. All in all it was a pretty good day out on the ice!!
