Really?! Talk about HELPING the needy and homeless instead of calling homeless people criminals. Looks like the city would rather put homeless people in jail instead of helping with keeping warm in the bitter cold. 😡😡😡

When you treat God's poeple horrible ( All people are equal in Gods eyes) there is terrible consequences meaning the city of Albuquerque will fall... Instead of helping them youd rather shame them talk down on them shame on all who do that!!

As a business owner in the international district. This is great news. We have been extremely overwhelmed with this. It’s gotten so dangerous and disgusting

The homeless need expanded shelter capacity to receive resources and addiction treatment services. That being said, its good these measures passed as homeless repeatedly refuse help and statisticly only accept help 1/4 if the time. This leaves resources and shelters that do exist not being fully utilized when its there to help them. Utilize the resources!

This is it ^ I think it's more often than 25% of the time that they refuse help. Until you force them into shelters or treatment they will just stay on the street, especially while being enabled by the city.

You make it sound like a serious offense? Stating that without getting to the root cause is war on the poor.

You are closer to being homeless than you are to ever being a millioniare. One bad health issue and these laws apply to you.
