Relevé squats. They’re hard, and hurt like heck but there’s something about the pain which I like. God I sound like a sadist.
Omg, you should start keeping a mirror angled behind you like that when you do workouts, because it makes it so much easier to see “the proper form” from all sides. I always obsessed that I’m doing things wrong, or not good enough.
And btw: you’re awesome, stay that way!
It's definitely a good thing to make sure you're maintaining proper form but don't be too hard on yourself!

These exercise will not make you lose thigh fat, you can’t spot reduce fat it’s impossible. You can loose fat by eating in a calorie deficit, but where you’ll loose that fat depends on your genetics. These are still workouts you can do but they won’t slim your legs. And you will not get muscles by doing these body weight workouts if you want to build muscles you got to have a progressive overload (use weights).
The camels look like they're going to burn every part of your legs. Thighs workouts often are scary! Can't wait to dies with those moves! I don't know if there would be enough moves for a "Calves - 50 Ways" but if there are, I'd really to see what that looks like. Thank you again, Cassey!

I have a question, if these exercices make your thighs slimmer, why do we also use them to get thicker muscles in other videos? I’m getting confused

Slim down the fat, grow the muscle.
But because these are bodyweight, they don't make your muscles appear big, just slim and toned
Targeting body fat loss with an exercise is proven to be impossible, all exercises that effectively target the specific muscle group you are working will damage the muscle fibre microscopically which are then healed stronger and bigger. So if you want thicker thighs effectively exercise your quads, hamstrings and adductors whilst eating in a caloric surplus of 200 cal+ with 1.5-2g of protein per kg of body weight.
Is anyone going to talk about the title ?.. Not only is it misleading but also plays into diet culture.. you can still promote fitness without promoting anything toxic..
I used to love this channel and use these great workouts all the time..this is no hate what so ever..it's just disappointing 😕
Theres nothing wrong with wanting smaller (slimmer) tighs. If they work in making your tighs smaller they work period. Why change the title if that’s exactly what they do? Plus, generally cassie never promotes anything toxic.
@@myricn you cannot spot reduce fat..you can tone ur legs..but you will never "shrink" ur legs..and since not everyone knows this..influencers take advantage of it and profit off of these titles..if you want smaller thighs you will most likely need to go into a calorie deficit and tone them..

You can't target your "saddlebags" with exercise. That's an excess body fat issue that you address with a calorie reduction

Exercise doesn't target fat in specific areas. You have to reduce your calorie consumption to lose body fat
Low key wanna cry. I really wanna strengthen and tighten my thighs but I cant do squats and lunges cuz of my knees and half of them are just squats and lunges in different variations.

I love this series of short videos but packed with exercises. I’m not saying I don’t like the long workout videos alongside you. But I’m already at the expert level so I don’t need to “follow along” for motivation. This is quick and easy and I can incorporate them as a warm up or cool down set. Usually I love lifting weights bc I like to add muscle volume. But in order for me to be good at lifting and practice good form I started to get more into yoga and Pilates. First time viewing and it would have been more helpful having a call out or number the exercises and/or timestamp to pause the video and do 10-15 of each exercise. These exercises are do able in breaking them up in 5 x 10 Tabata exercises, etc.

The title of this vid implies that this workout will spot reduce fat from your legs wich is well established to be impossible. Very misleading

Losing body fat through a calorie reduction will help. These exercises will not reduce cellulite if you're not losing body fat.

Hi Cassey, I found your channel because some roller skaters are doing your splits challenge, and I’m so pumped to start working out with you every day. Tiny problem… I’m in an arm cast right now. I had thumb reconstruction (yup, skating accident), and moves that involve the forearm/hand are painful. (Even when just used for stabilization.) I get a throbbing pain when I lower my arm, so I keep it folded up to my chest all day- the doctors say ELEVATION IS KEY! I searched YT and found a couple workouts to try, but I’m wondering if you would consider doing a “arm in a cast/ no arm” type of workout. If you already have, maybe I missed it. It would be great for the injured or disabled people searching for a good workout.
