As explained, the 2 incidents killing more than 3 hundred passengers were blamed on the MCAS(sensors) faulty, how couldn’t the pilots control the planes from plunging ?

737 faulty sensors could cost the planes to plunge from the air, even the pilots could not save the plane, that is very serious matters.
The pilots could disengage the auto-pilot and pull the plane from plunging, right ?
Unless the MCAS sensors are not the only problem ?

Most newer pilots in many parts of the world including major international carriers with their own pilot training programs teach to fly using auto-pilot as the main way of flying. They are taught to troubleshoot while leaving autopilot on as numerous accidents have happened because pilots tried to fix the problem by flying themselves but made it worse and if autopilot took over would have resolved the situation itself. After knowing exactly the problem afterwards it’s easy to say that they should have just flown the plane but nobody knew what was going on during the actual event.

787 passengers don't feel 'fresher' because of where the air enters, it's because the cabin pressure at altitude is higher and humidified.

Then let's put this hypothesis out: you've been told to get home immediately because a relative is dying. Nobody offers flights at the last minute because they're all booked up or some other reason. The ONLY airline still available flies all Airbus brand planes. So are you going to tell your relatives you're not coming home because you want to fly on a Boeing plane? There are some small airlines in Europe that fly only one brand of plane and some are not Boeing branded.
