Scope level test. What can go wrong?

How to test if scope is not leveled? In this video I want to test my Tikka T3X Super Varmint 6.5 and Vector Optics combo. I suspect, what it has cant to one side and it affects POI for long range shots. In addition to that, I want to check does Vector Optics scope holds the zero.
I will show easy method how to do these tests. I will use 200m range, but it can be done at smaller distances as well!
