I posted large poster boards with bullet points behind my computer so that I could answer precisely without that awkward, cringe worthy pause! ( cheat sheets ).
Even if I don’t get this position, it gave me confidence and the skill set for all types of interactions in the future!

Why do recruiters interview?? Should be left to someone that actually knows the job your applying for
My experience is if the HR person is present in an interview, they are always clueless and ask stupid questions.
The best and useful questions come from your prospective manager and colleagues, not HR idiots.
Accuracy over speed...I will use that next time I get an interview. I have used the fact that I don't drive as a weakness

Mr Companies Expert, do you have any advice for someone taking a new role in the same organization who gets stuck with 2 full time jobs for a period of time. How would you ask for the most beneficial deal in this circumstance?
I turned down a job like this because I knew it will be hell for many months until they could replace me at the old job. It's not worth it.
