      @@non-binaryeugene733 good luck. Eat all those Baby Cows and pigs you want. Nature remembers everything, the same intelligence that created you created those animals. My father died at 55 years old from Heart Disease from a meat based diet. Im 44 and people think i am 24, and i am eating a plant based diet, maybe im doing something right. Having a long healthly life is being psysically, mentally, spiritually healthy. Try not being healthly in one of those areas and let me know how that works for you. Furthermore, when I set down to eat, breakfast, lunch or dinner, I do not have the thought that my meal had to be based on a animal that had to give its life for some type of sick vice of eating flesh.

    It's irresponsible journalism to not point out the lack of evidence on the effects of the practices shown in this video. To point out just one, emulsified butter coffee provides no additional benefits. Bile, released into the small intestine emulsifies fat in food in order for it to be digested. Healthy humans absorb more than 99% of dietary fat, so pre-emulsifying the butter does not provide any benefit. It just improves the texture of the drink.

    At 9:47 you can see he is holding an InBody test. It's a fancy scale that sends electrical currents through your feet and hands to test your body composition. Fat, muscle, and bone effect how that current runs through your body and it's a good way to measure your personal stats.
    I did those tests at a local gym near me every 6 months while I was doing Weight Watchers and it was actually really helpful to see how my lifestyle change also changed my visceral fat and other numbers over time. I would love to see some proof that doing this bulletproof regimen actually improves numbers in an InBody test.

      I thought in the video or maybe in another video (?) he said that the Atmospheric Cell Trainer wasn't equivalent to hiking a mountain bc your cells are suspended in the chamber.

Here you see how stupid the world can really be: look how many idiot comments are about his red light therapy, where they don't even know the difference between that and a tanning bed for example. Anybody interested in retaining DNA strength should consider a home pressure chamber, 4hours a week (weak chamber) would greatly benefit your telomeres staying tied at the ends of chromosomes, telomeres untying is a major process of ageing and is the reason heal rate slows down with age also why diseases present with age that weren’t there before as the structure holding your ideal code becomes weak and torn. Saturated fat and cholesterol are some of the most important elements the body needs. It's easier for the body to acquire them from food sources than try and produce them itself.

    • @SkwidyDev
      @SkwidyDev 5 лет назад +1

      @@WaterspoutsOfTheDeepIt is easier. Too easy and too easy to overshoot consumption for most people because saturated fats are "non-essential" fats - how do you know if your body has already produced enough before you pound down a steak or MCT oil coffee? I'd prefer to let my body do the math on that one.
      We produce all the cholesterol we need, on our own, in the liver. Statins mess with this process and it's why many users develop memory problems - not enough endogenous cholesterol to repair brain tissue.

    I wish him luck, I don’t think this guy is a snake oil salesman, I think he really wants to live a lot longer. However, to me length of time is not as important as quality of the time we have. Of course people in my family live past 85 that’s easy for me to say. My grandfather was sharp and was still driving at 85 until a stroke killed him. I don’t know if any of these things would have helped my grandfather, but it’s interesting to see people try.

      Saturated fat in butter will kill off LDL receptors on your liver and prevent bad cholesterol from being broken down. Butter might have CLA - an anti-inflammatory fat - but the inflammatory effects of high serum cholesterol are more than it can make up for. Not worth it. This brand of bio-hacking is the new alternative medicine and it's going to setup up a lot of people with heart disease and dementia (oxidized cholesterol forms plaques in the brain). They'll become insulin resistant as well but if avoiding large glucose loads probably won't notice it before it's too late.

      If you don't get organic, you can have added hormones, added antibiotics, and other contaminants from the cow feed.
