I was not expecting much from dr Oz. His tv show is so limited compared to RUclips videos by dr Hyman, dr mercola, dr Perl mutter, dr Berg, and Dave asprey. But this interview was wonderful ! It pushes the boundaries of medicine and science, and it is kind, smart and loving. I may try subscribing to dr oz to see if he can really go beyond his Tv show

Wow, Dave Asprey is an incredible human being, I recently had the opportunity to get a photo with him on stage at an event and I will say that being up close to him....he is surreal. He is 45 and looks 25!

I agree, and, it's a warning of some sorts. Something he's doing (and recommends doing) is causing early aging. I suspect it's all of the nootropics, and too much dietary fat.

Maybe the Modafinil aged him 2 years for each year he took it.
Could simply be a matter of not really practicing what he preaches.
Remember that for most of his life he was overweight and Lead an unhealthy lifestyle. So some of that damage can't be undone in terms of maybe some things regarding physical appearance. But even more important than appearance is how you feel and he seems to be full of energy and life and presently he looks healthy despite the gray hair and even if he does have some wrinkles. So it's important to put things in perspective and to think intelligently when you make comments

I tried it ( butter in coffee )... then finally realized... anything in butter, is in cream. (Revelation: you make butter by churning cream :) ). So I stopped it with the butter coffee, stopped using the Kerrygold butter Dave's always pushing (which is not organic, and is partly from cows fed GMO grains), and went back to using heavy/organic/grass fed cream. Hey... it's easy... no mixers... no blenders... no special tools... no recipes. If I want some MCT oil, I just pop a few capsules with my coffee.

I have a question for anyone knowledgeable in this matter. Does roasted coffee cause harm to the body in anyway or form? I know Dave asprey breaks down why fried me or burnt meat will harm our bodies. But will roasted coffee have a bad effect? There are brands out in the market that do a very very light roast saying it's good for the health. Just wondering which route to go.

Dave Asprey accomplished a lot using modafinil it really did good for him and made him a fortune with his bulletproof brand.
It did made him look older then 45 but that is totally fine atleast he made a fortune and became successful.

I think Mr Asprey's is great I follow him a lot however, what I don't think is a true statement is when you says you have to have love and if your not with somebody you can't be fulfilled or truly happy is a mistake There are a lot of people who have lost their loved one and they are more then fine with themselves but to say you missing out being a whole person is not right and I think that brings on a lot of sadness in people who are working on themselves and that remark should not come from a doctor

Why is Dave Asprey slumming with "Dr" Oz??? As I recall, Dr Oz completely dissed the Keto diet and mocked Gary Taubes when he came on his program. Now he's all about Keto and biohacking? Nonsense. He's a quack that just goes where the money is. I couldn't even watch this video and I've lost respect for Asprey. I probably won't be buying his Bulletproof products anymore if he's besties with Oz.
