    Hey Life Masters! I'm excited to share with you part of my current morning ritual. As I've shared many times, morning rituals has been one of the most important habits that have contributed to who I am and the success I've been able to create. I originally decided to film this full in-depth 60-minute video as a bonus to my members of Morning Ritual Mastery, but thought many of you that follow me on RUclips would also benefit from a 15-minute version of it. The full in-depth version can be found on Day 5 of www.morningritualmastery.com

      Brutal mindset Rudie.
      He doesn't smile when he wakes up because he has the apartment. He has the apartment because he smiles when he wakes up.

    Wake up and first thing to do is to SMILE. Man, It’s so simple but so wise. The fact that you have the ability to get up and move around and function like a normal person is more than enough to make you being grateful and smile. I do believe this simple act can change your days and then change your life. Thanks for the tip.

    My morning ritual is a black coffee, multivitamin + vitamin B12, glass of water, banana oats and chia seeds mixed into a bowl, if it's a gym day and i'm not at uni or work, i'll go to the gym for 9am.
    I'd like to fit in a five-minute journal for sure!
    And I do not check my phone.
    I hope I can connect with everyone here, and i hope I can carry on making videos through out my last year of uni.
    Have a beautiful day everyone

    Since I've been introduced to this through your old morning ritual video and been consistent with it I have seen amazing benefits in my mindset and also spiritually. It's crazy how it affects how you carry yourself through the day. My current ritual for myself consists of:
    Morning mindfulness meditation followed by 15 min visualization. Then I read my definite chief aim and affirmations. I either workout after or I just start working and workout before lunch. Its not as long as yours but it still did wonders for me

    Hello from India
    The reason I was led to watch your morning ritual was a video I watched this morning on how to write my story as God has been leading me into writing one to help other women..I didn’t know how to start so I searched and found your video but I was also looking for a man after God’s heart to help me with my story so then I jumped into your lifestyle and after watching all that you do I can say that you are a believer would request you to speak more about the morning time with the Lord. I know what you meant when you said spoke about training our mind and affirmations but not everyone knows about it and some will reject but honestly that is the main thing that leads you to where you are in life. So good! Will continue to watch more of your story.

    Just what a i needed! So true! start the day right and the rest of the day will flow the mind is so powerful and if we start off with a clear, confident mind it will drive us through the day and allow us to really achieve our goals and kick off those tasks successfully.

    This is the first video I've seen of his, but I can already tell how much value I could potentially gain from his insight. Remember there's a lot of "great" minds that produce quality content but if you take one concept from them and properly apply it to your life. It was well worth the view, subscribe, and potentially sharing for another. Very inspiring Stefan, look forward to going through your other content.

    @reecebrauer7289 7 лет назад +8

    Stefan I totally love your content mate and I watch it as often as I can, your truly an inspiration, but I really don't know what to do with myself to make myself successful. I'm 29 and have spent the majority of my life being lazy, doing the minimum possible and so I've created a life full of bad habits. The only good habits I have going for myself at the moment are gym and eating quite healthily. I'd just like to hear from you how I can turn my terrible laziness around so that I can work hard and achieve my goals (online business + travel). Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide.

    • @AnubisTG1
      @AnubisTG1 7 лет назад +3

      Reece B I'd say to start off small so that it doesn't feel overwhelming. Meditate 1min everyday. Read 1 page of a book everyday. Anything you want to be a good habit just start small. Soon you'll notice that when it becomes a habit, you'll want to do more.

    • @reecebrauer7289
      @reecebrauer7289 7 лет назад +2

      I'm in a weird position where I badly want success, but im not willing to put in the hard work to get there... Or maybe it's because of the habits I have, that I can't push myself to do things I need to. Stefan talks a lot about laying out goals, but i've laid mine out and still I feel unmotivated to pursue them. Perhaps it's my mindset, I'm not sure, but I'd appreciate any advice or resources you could point me to. Thank you

    • @henriette9659
      @henriette9659 7 лет назад +3

      Reece, in my experience laziness is just a sign of a deeper issue. Once you address and heal that you become free from procrastination and laziness. Most people suffer from it who had a stressful childhood or very strict parents. If you had to follow a lot of rules or do too many things as a child it can do that.

    • @reecebrauer7289
      @reecebrauer7289 7 лет назад +1

      Henriette can you elsborate on that please as I did not have a stressful childhood or strict parents...

    • @MokenchiTV
      @MokenchiTV 7 лет назад +3

      Set goals for yourself that have importance to you. Its not weird that you want to be successful but don't want to work for it. A large majority of people are this way. That's why its important to set goals for yourself that really matter to you. How do you want to be successful. Why do you want to be successful? Dig into yourself, write things down and brainstorm. You'll know when you get it because you'll all of a sudden be excited to do stuff. It might take some time as it takes a lot of soul searching. Be honest with yourself about what and why you want things. Don't base your answers off of what anyone else wants for you. Its important to write things down too. Our brains work best through physically writing, not typing. You can even get a journal to keep your thoughts organized. Hope this helps :)

      Age doesn't matter. Depression doesn't discriminate. I've had depression since I was 12. Number one is medication. Do not be ashamed of needing medication. Number 2 is therapy. And number 3 is working out. Working out helps my depression almost as much as medication does. It's hard to get motivated at first..but after a short time, it'll become routine and you'll crave the workout. Hope you feel better soon 💕
