Just come across this as my nhs trust is shortly changing supplier from GNResound to Oticon. I have found the Resound Multi Mic incredibly useful so will be looking for a similar accessory once I get the Oticon aids. Really useful video but is there any chance that you could slow down your speech a little? Found it quite overwhelming trying to keep up. Regards Pete
Well done. I have the TV streamer and it works flawlessly. Absolutely no lag issues at all. My only complaint, it’s very expensive but I would say well worth the investment. I find I still use cc and I do like the ability to control both tv and surrounding environment loudness separately.
Hey Curt, thanks for your feedback. It certainly is my favourite Oticon accessory and makes a HUGE difference. I’m glad that it works well for you! Thanks for watching!
I just want to double check what you said. I have a 5 year old pair of oticon OPN's. and the TV adaptor from the OPN's will work with the oticon more's? Thank you for taking the time and effort to produce these videos. They are extremely informative and very very helpful.
Hi, how is the Oticon TV adaptor better than an a high quality WiFi headphone with bluetooth connectivity? my new Oticon Cros hearing aid comes with one accessory and I need to decide which to pick. It is either a ConnectClip or the TV adaptor. I know it depends on the individual preference and lifestyle but if you were to pick one based on its merits and overall usefulness which one would you pick? Thanks. Mike
Hey Mike, great question. It really depends on your daily challenges. The connectclip is great if youre 1:1 in a restaurant and struggling or you head to lectures. Plus it allows you to use your Phone hands free. Whereas the TV connector just has one job. I will say that I fit far more TV connectors than Connectclips. I hope that helps. Thanks for watching, Matthew
Excellent as ever. As you say the landline solution isn't the most streamlined to operate. I suppose you could get rid of one piece of kit by connecting to a Bluetooth landline phone with the connect clip meaning no phone adapter, but Widex's solution is hard to beat for a landline phone.
@@TheHearingGuy Partially! I have a Bluetooth Siemens Gigaset phone but no landline to plug it into, I could give it to you to try! Seemed to Connect to the C Clip fine.
I was thinking of getting the connect clip and I think if I have an external microphone on the person I need to hear and amplify it as much as possible it would help me get the sounds above the background sounds so I can hear speech. I need something to pick up the sounds of speech in places like a vehicle and things like that where there is a lot of background sounds and just send that to my hearing aids so I think if they had a microphone closer to them the microphone would pick up the sounds for me better and then I can amplify it enough with all my amplification to hear it because right now I have problems with background sounds getting in my way of hearing it.
Okay I have a question so with the TV accessory what if more than one otakon user is in the room can you connect it to more than one oticon hearing aids set at a time?
I have alta 2 pro iic with the streamer, now it's time to upgrade and I can't find any iic that will connect with a streamer. Why have they not improved on this wonderful feature for iic's instead of eliminating it altogether?
Hey Karen It's a great question and sadly you're right. It may be worth looking into the new Starkey Evolv range. They have wireless IICs which dont require the streamer. Thanks for watching.
Which accessory would work best to help with the computer? I just got the More 1 and like them, but I still have trouble with Zoom or RUclips on the computer. Thanks for your videos.
Hi David, great question. You should get along well with the connectclip. It will need pairing with the Bluetooth on the computer and would send the sound directly to both of your ears, plus act as a microphone to send your voice to those on the other end of the call. Thanks for watching.
Even though it might have been during covid not everyone worked from home you still had your grocery stores open you still had your hospitals open you still had your Government open you still had your police departments open
@@robertbutler8004 I would love to understand your point on a video about hearing aid accessories. Enjoy your day Robert and thanks for watching. Matthew
_Thanks for watching! Have you got any other uses for your accessories, or can you think of any other accessories that you would like?_
Another super interesting video Matthew, thank you again for all of your knowledge and for helping people😊
My pleasure. Thanks for watching

Great review! 💕🙏💯👏
Thanks for watching 😊
Very informative video. Thank you
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching Steve. Stay tuned in for more.
Can the phone adapter 2 work w/ a non-BT Cisco Ethernet phone? Tried MDA220, but difficult to find the right settings.

Hey Zone1, there’s an idea. Have you tried that successfully?

I am trying to find your video where you put Tape over the mic on top of Oticon Intent?
It’s over on my other channel 😊 ruclips.net/video/7cjmM5pV6bM/видео.htmlsi=l2b0uCrvNz0JIM8Y
Where do I order a connect clip easily.
Does oticon more have a way to order online?
Customer service phone number for U.S.?
Do I need to go through my hearing specialist to order the clip? I have the oticon more 1 hearing aids.
It is ridiculous to say everybody is working from home when you should have said so many people are working from home.
Thanks for your thoughts Rob, this was made during covid. Cheer up! Matthew
