Always be sure to wear a high-quality respirator that seals well, and avoid actual silica sand while doing any sand blasting. Silicosis and other pneumoconioses ain't no joke.

Great product demo. However, I had to commit to a vapor blast cabinet because of much larger projects with aluminum parts. Current projects include 2 motorcycle engines, aluminum swing arms and a disassembled Ford 4.6 DOHC V8.

Totally understand, and that's a cool list of projects you got going on! We're so pleased with this Problast, we're going to see if we can create a cabinet that the hand piece can slip inside. Maybe something portable that can be set over an engine stand or something. Or a whole motorcycle. We'll see!! Thanks for the comment!

Ever thought of soda blasting? Advantage is that it is easily washed away with water and don't matter if some gets into the engine. Drawback is that it is not as abrasive so you have to use more. Preferably done outdoors. As with all blasting needs water free air. Got one for less than $50.

Great idea! We've got some sodium bicarbonate we're going to try with this machine, we'll see how it goes!

You are absolutely correct, and we tried to fix it in post but that's the best we could do. New clip on mic coming soon!!!
