- Welcome to Tactical Fitness training series where we share most outstanding workouts of the day that combine strength and agility endurance test mixed with tactical sport shooting.
WOD:
1) Go to 25 meters starting position
2) Kettlebell throw 25 meters to the target
3) Kettlebell throw 25 meters back to starting position
4) Take 1 bullet and run to 17 meters position
5) Shoot metal gong x1
6) Repeat 3 times total
* Each shot miss gives you penalty of 10 sit-ups that you need to do after completion of exercise.
