Iconic Wichita Mansion Gets a Long Overdue Makeover

  • The Sternberg Mansion, built in 1886 on North Waco, has sat in a dilapidated state for several years. In 2022, local remodeler Pepin Suter bought the home and has transformed it to much of its original glory. Suter, a recovering alcoholic and addict, will use the home as a sober living space that can house up to 14 people.
