- Defence ministers of India and U.S. recently announced an enhanced defence partnership known as INDUS-X, and we will soon witness India’s new defence roadmap. But while US is preparing to offer its cutting-edge weapons technology to India, the irony is that it hopes to use India itself as a weapon because India is the silver bullet U.S. needs. What’s the truth behind US’ helping hand?
Watch Game Plan with Shivan Chanana.

It is not the silver bullet that USA sees in India. It is the sacrificial lamb that they always looks for. Whether it is Pakistan, Afghanistan or the latest Ukraine. They always looks for a sacrificial lamb.
It's not like they won't ask india to participate if they don't want tho
What about South Korea, Taiwan or the Philippines, which all owe their existence to the US?
And when was Pakistan ever a “sacrificial lamb”?
@@ZeroResurrected what about them?
@@ZeroResurrected The fault lies in the monetary system. The current system only knows consumption of resources. It does not allow to nurture the resources for the future generations. America and the European world is the sole responsible for this system. They are the root cause for the problem. China is not a dangerous country. It pretends to be a monster but it is does not has the substance or the intention. Historically chinese are peace loving people. they are the sufferers of their own leadership. A change in European world monetary system will bring peace and harmony to the world than the change in the chinese leadership. China is now a prosperous country. I do not think they spoil it for the sake of a war.
Just remember what Henry Kissinger said: "To be an enemy of the U.S. is dangerous, but to be a friend is fatal".
India should get as much of USA technologies to improve its military and economic but should always maintain good relationship with Russia.
India want develop it's economy and army 🙂😊 and free market system capitalist economy 😊🙂💪
Yea but I think we should ultimately end our dependency on Russia, China and any such theocratic regimes until the day they embrace democracy
Why don’t Russia import shit from India to help India economy like the USA. India just buying Russian goods
Russia isn't really a huge concern of the US; they're small potatoes these days.
The partnership with India has more to do with both countries having China as a potential adversary.
U.S is typically trying to flex its soft power by requesting India to join nato.
1. The main aim of the U.S is to get India to stand with the west and condemn its long time and loyal partner Russia. Since India being the largest exporter of petroleum products it will be easy for the west to get subsidies eventually reducing a part in their battle against inflation.
2. Also, a part of the debt which the U.S owes is taken from India.
3. If India joins the Nato then they have to dance with the rhythm or to the tune of the U.S which will directly affect the sovereignty of India.
4. Pakistan, Afghanistan, Syria and Iraq are the best examples of why you should never trust the Americans. Even though these countries are run on the basis of theocracy, the U.S is the main catalyst for the rise of theocracy in these countries.
Don't misunderstood....the US has never needed India for anything. India and the US are the two largest democracies in the world. And the US requested that India join NATO plus, is because they share western values. Just like Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. But the US don't need anything from India.
The US and NATO and Ukraine brought the price of Russian oil down for India in which India is GLEEFULLY profiting from, yet Indian attitudes towards the US and the EU is bellicose. Russia has an agenda to subjugate its neighbors in Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and other countries in Africa. Libya, Afghanistan, Syria, and the Central African Republic are some paramount examples. The best example would be Ukraine. As an American my thought of warming relations with India at this time is a big mistake. NATO does not seek membership from India. India can deal with China and Pakistan on its own. Your trust for me is the same trust I have for you.
One last note; inflation in the US is less than 6% and that's without any help from India. Oil imports to the US is less than 2% of its consumption. In some other countries, inflation exceeds 100%. It is for that reason the US Dollar is the worlds reserve currency.
No. The US wants India to help combat China, which is a common enemy
@@howiescott5865 keep living in the dream world made by your media...
1. Russia offered discounted oil to India long before the price cap was introduced by west and at that time EU was OFT largest importer of oil from Russia.
2. Europe is also benefitting from cheap oil that India imports..... guess where does Europe gets large amount of CHEAP refined oil from... India and that refined oil is made from the cheap crude oil imported from Russia.
You guys know 1 thing best.... hypocrisy.
@@howiescott5865 Russia doesn't have the capability plus they are a servant of China
India should enhance it's budget on indigenous Recherche
Video in a nutshell: How US used Ukraine for Russia, now wants to use India for China.
How did the us use Ukraine for Russia? It’s Russia that decided to attack
In a nutshell: US did not attack Ukraine, Russia did.

Doesn't matter how much US-INDIA'S relationships are strengthening but to be honest and trustworthy friend of us is only Russia.....
And we will consider Russia our most Trusted partner instead of USA......
U.S just wants to use india .thats all about india-america geopolitics.
“To be an enemy of America can be dangerous, but to be a friend is fatal.”
- Henry Kissinger
what do you think is the American game plan? The American game plan is to fight China to the last Indian.
Actually US have less concern about Russia, however China and India have territorial disputes, China is also renaming place
To be America's enemy is dangerous
To be America's friend is lethal
Henry Kissinger
Whatever America wants may be a matter of suspicion, but India should make it sure that it does not want to be another Ukraine in future.
India should spend much more money on research and development in every field of science.
Just switching from Russia to USA for supply of sophisticated weapons is not going to help India at all in the long run. On the contrary, it will make our foreign policy much more complicated.
russian weapons didnt do badly just look around your region.

Its just the army industry from america making trillions. The military industry looks to unload his military equipment for billions, nothing to do with partnership, just 💵💵💵

Y'all sound super ignorant of the US. If you feel like a partner of Russia, then I understand why your views are twisted.
It's not twisted. India is a partner with both US and Russia. It's not good to pick any side b/w them. Besides India is not interested in any kind of military alliance. India is the only big country in the world that can act as the bridge between Western allies and Eastern allies. Let's say India picks a side among two sides, which would only lead to more instability in the world. The side India joins has a high chance of winning
And let me ask you a thing, did any military alliance in the world have done a good thing for the world?
@@HarshRaj-px9seYou mean besides the world wars and the cold war? I suggest you read a book
@@ZeroResurrected I suggest you to sit with intellectual people rather than read books written by Western people which contains more of false information regarding their intentions to support group and indulge in wars all across the world.
@@ZeroResurrected Both world war and Cold War happened due to military alliances. If not even single military alliance had been created, how could have a war b/w two countries would have been escalated to World level.
And if you are going to mention WW2 and and how allies stood against Hitler, Hitler only rose due to heavy penalties by allies on Germany after WW1. As I have read which I believe to be true- Hitler was not born but made. I think you should study books with a non western lense.
Exactly. Like look at Americas ally’s and russias ally’s. Russian ally’s are 3rd or 2nd world autocratic regimes, with more people leaving than moving to there. But you know, india wants to keep being backwards
Indians love usa they cant deny it😂😂
Not sure of USA's intention , but India should treat USA as important security ally . Strategically India should be closer to USA than Russian in the long run
nope
