  • Bought a 1997 TJ with a Hemi swap done on it with a bad transmission.

      Take the non hemi engine out and put a hemi in, not that hard mate

      Depends really... The TJ was %100 manufactured and assembled in the US while the other American auto companies were having more than %50 of their parts made in China. Straight six TJ models will last more than 400k miles if properly maintained, hardly junk... Early model Hemis were great engines, they didn't start having problems until they introduced MDS which did make them total absolute junk without having that feature deleted. I'm not even a "Mopar" guy but they have made even some modern things that deserve some positive attention. Them TJs and XJs are tough rigs, thats why you still see so many of them on the road.

      @@user-ex5yk4xj4c Totally agree~ The AMC 4L and pre-2001 Cherokees were the last of the good Jeeps.
