No matter how much dunking skill you have you will never be able to dunk on 10 feet if you have no athleticism

@@TheRealAbraxas eh I would say 75% athleticism and 25% skill. As dunked over the last few years the height I have to get to finish the dunk is a lot lower especially with two hands. I work with guys at the age I started dunking and they are getting their entire hand over the rim and still can’t finish because they back rim it.

    • @comikz6047

It’s a 50/50 because if you have bounce to get your head up there doesn’t mean it will go in because when I used to dunk on low rim in the past it was technique it would hit the backboard and go in or it would go in and out constantly it all about technique so it is 50/50 they’re both equally important.

jumping is an art.... he could have gone through all the training... and have had P*ss poor jump mechanics....we see this all the time with volleyball, and the issue isn't necessarily the player as much as it is the coach chasing the unicorn...
Bakit'ball jumping is at minimum six step. max. 10 steps....Volleyball is 4-6 in a 6' SQ area or less...
What I'm impressed with is his vertical Challenger is exactly how volleyballers attack....His ally'oop at the end was 8 steps.....extremely impressive for 8 weeks... takes dedication..

I have ben wanting to see what a trainer with all the bells and whistles (to care for my aging body :) and a shit ton of hard work could accomplish in 100 days ...it was I a dose of reality to hear that any contact with trainers would be disregarded because it would not get them the views :/ I'm a 5'9" teacher over 40 and can still caress the rim. Can lose 10-12 pounds ideally but am worried that at over 40 its over :(
