He'd show up to the basketball courts with a 40oz beer in his hand and wearing flip flops. He'd stick his thumb in the beer to keep it from spilling and dunk from a stand still with either hand... In flip flops. He had the best smile, he'd smile and keep walking by as we all seethed with jealousy. Shout out to by guy Oochie.
Could be his fault, maybe his brothers got more excercise better nutrition and better sleep, then they are deserving of their taller statures. But still I feel bad for him just it doesn’t look like he reached his potential stature.

I actually can reach above 10'2 with a 5'9 height and about same wingspan as my height , but dunk just seems so far out of reach for me. To put this into reference for non-NBA watchers, the highest vertical leap at the combine is around 48 inches, which is for guys who regularly work on their vertical and play basketball nearly every day for hours on end, and even those are standouts. Former MVP James Harden's vertical was recorded at 37 inches, so in 2 months he got an MVP's vertical, I can only imagine 2 more.
Exactly, this is an absolutely insane transformation. But like they said at the beginning he comes from a family of hoopers/jumpers so he probably has pretty favorable genetics for explosive performance. Most people are not adding 7 inches to their vertical in 2 months no matter how good their coach is

You don't need no NBA training or coach. I am 16 years old and 5'8" and recently got my first dunks. I just want to motivate you, all it takes is dedication and commitment (and the genetics somehow 😉).
Because you was training your jump in your puberty. Any training that you do in your puberty is 5 times more effective than the same training as adult. My friend is 15 and he can dunk on 10 ft , even though he wasn't directly training for that, he just was always jumping and playing ball active in his grown sprut. And he is white, so it is not a "genetics"
I remember how when I was 15 someone embarassed me like "you don't even have a six pack". After that I started train my press with a programm that my friend adviced me. I got a six pack in like a month of intense training. Now I have a craziest press muscles of all dudes that around me, and everybody ask me "where you get these muscles"
