This is exactly how I do my WnG (minus the head shaking...I can hear my neurologist yelling at me from her office if I did so 🤣). It makes the process so fast and easy to just do it all in the shower in sections 🙌🏾. P.S. for those who have head/neck issues. What I do is after dryer the outer part of the hair like latoya does (i only dry about 50/60%). I go in with the hand dryer on low speed (no attachments). But hold it about 6 inches away from your hair. Very gently dry until fully dry. That separates the clump coils ❤️.
@@LaToyaEbonyHair no problem!!!!! I can't shake my head due to medical issues so I had to figure out a method. Thought I'll share in hopes it may help others. When you look good, you feel good 😎. Have a nice weekend LaToya!!!
I’m pickin’ up what Zoe was puttin’ down! 😉 Hair looks moisturized and healthy. I love the variations I can do with a wash n go. Sometimes I clump and sometimes I separate the curls. Just have fun with it. My coworkers never know what look I’m giving week to week! Loving the merch!
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for this tutorial…you have helped me FINALLY unlock the mystery of the wash and go!!! Thank you for being concise and to the point. You are appreciated!!😘
I think they're cool but I'm not really interested in getting one. I wear my hair stretched more often than in a wash and go, so I'm good with regular trims.
I really like the look but I fell out the WnG craze real quick. 🤣I tried for 3 months. I’m team twistouts all day. I get more out of them and on day 5/6 they start looking like a wash and go anyway.🙃 I thought about it and typically I would have to wash and reset my hair sooner (day 4/5) or more often (2x week) so when I add it up, the maths aren’t mathing for *me* when it comes to saving *my* time.
I’m team two strand twist. I’m actually going to wet my hair and comb it out and leave it out …. I’m sure it will be a disaster…but I have time to try it. My hair will probably me tangled but I’ll never know unless I try. I usually keep my hair in two strand twists…always.
@@JessicaSmith-ie7cm Two|three strands twists are my go to as well especially in the winter time. I would advise to use a gel or 2 to set your hair and minimise tangling but if you want to go for the no products look and rock an Afro just make sure you prepoo with a good detangler or a cheap conditioner before you shampoo and you’ll be fine. Also a good trim / hair cut prior going on a WnG or twistout season helps a lot.
Absolutely love your channel and your personality as well as your beauty! So glad I found your channel as we have a very similar hair type and your wash and go videos have become my blueprint. Thanks for all you do and keep the up the great work!!
Congratulations!!!! 🍾🍾🍾 I have an ecommerce store also... my #1 tip- keep marketing regularly, don't become weary of plugging your merch on all your platforms, can be soft mentions but just don't stop. So thrilled for you!!! 💞💯🙏🏽
I will support your business later on next month because it just isn't in this month price point. Also would of followed these steps if my hair was longer than it is.
In this video I think I only used gel and mousse. I haven’t seen this video in a while, so whatever I showed on screen is exactly what I used. I’m viewing this comment from the RUclips Studio app.
have you ever tried using Aunt Jackie's Flaxseed Gel first & then Uncle Funky's Daughter Curly Magic on top? someone in these youtube streets told me products with marshmallow root in them work well with 4C hair (i think some form of marshmallow is in the curly magic)
My curls are a lot like yours. Do you have an issue with fairy knots? I did a large cut and still get lots of them. I like how the wash and go feels and the idea of it in theory, but I’m not sure how to stop the knots.
We can definitely ship to Africa, but based on the courier some destinations may not be accessible. Put your address in the shipping checkout and you’ll know right away.
Hey boo!!! Congratulations sweetie xoxo I’m so happy to see your internal and external growth been here from the beginning still rocking with you. 🎊🎉💗🙏🏾💕🥳🫶🏾.

That’s a wonderful tip to leave for someone who can’t do the head shake thing. Thank you Apara! Always so helpful. ❤️

I just found a good deal on a bonnet dryer. Has anyone tried this out on a WNG before I purchased it??🙏🏽

Yeeesss! Keep switching it up on 'em. It's so fun and I bet they're always amazed. 👏🏾
I Love Deep voiced HEY LOVES!
COME ON STORE! Congratulations on the launch!
The washngo is poppin!!🔥
Thank youuuuu ❤️
I do nothing but the wash, shake, and go. So quick and easy. I absolutely love my curls 👍🏾
Looks good! I use mousse only and my detangling brush to separate the curls. Then I dry with my diffuser or hooded dryer. Love your store.🥰
I can imagine with the slip mousse gives that would work well. I personally need a layer of something underneath so it’s not too dry.
I like that we can finally do wash and goes. Your hair looks amazing 😍🤩!!
Yeeesss Linda! Our hair can do almost anything with patience, practice, and realistic expectations.
CONGRATULATIONS 🎊 I am so proud of you, you're beautiful inside and out!

Thank you!! I’m happy to finally be able to talk about it.
Hey hey Latoya!
Have you ever done a curly cut/ will you ??
Been getting them for a year and I love how it shapes the hair when I do a wash and go 😍

I know your hair turned out great! Can we get a week n ur w&g video?
I've actually been thinking about creating that very video for 2022. 😊

Twist outs are a solid go-to. I can’t really go wrong with doing them, but a wash and go is a nice switch up 😊

Thanks Brianna! I think these steps work with short hair too. Depending on how short your hair is, you can skip the shaking hehe!

Your hair is fab as usual! I need that 👕 in my life - I'm on vacation, and about to fluff my hair and hit the streets!
Yeeeeessss! I think it's the one I'll wear the most for sure. 😊
Your hair is so beautiful as always! Did you use a leave-in conditioner or just the gel and mousse?
In this video I think I only used gel and mousse. I haven’t seen this video in a while, so whatever I showed on screen is exactly what I used. I’m viewing this comment from the RUclips Studio app.

Is that a Conair dryer? It looks like mine. Anyway your hair looks fabulous.
I think it is!
My curls are a lot like yours. Do you have an issue with fairy knots? I did a large cut and still get lots of them. I like how the wash and go feels and the idea of it in theory, but I’m not sure how to stop the knots.
I no longer think about them. When I first went natural I did, but now I don’t even notice them. Unless I need a trim they give me no issues tbh.
Okay that little girl picture of you shows how much Davinci looks like you!!!
🥰 Genetics are so cool.
i couldn’t see properly, did you keep the water running on your hair while you added the gel and the mousse?
No. Once it’s all added I do a quick swish of water on it before shaking. 😊
Do I have to use gel? I find that it makes my hair too crunchy so I only finish with mousse, is that fine?
If you like it, it’s totally fine!
Wow my coils come out even smaller. I think I'm 4z I don't know 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤣🤣🤣
I have lots of different coil sizes in my hair. It’s normal:)
You’re more 4b than 4c. Beautiful hair
No I’m not
