Nice to see an improvement on the design prototype test idea

Hello Sikelord87, Thank you for commenting. A viewer made a comment about the lost heat from the bed at the corners so I included a square version linked in the description.
Best of luck with your mods!

I was wondering how to get or make a dehydrator to use on the filaments, and your video fit right in, thank you so much for this solution.

Hi Luis, Thank you for commenting. I'm glad you found value in this video for your viewing time. I added a square version of it in the .STL files link to take more advantage of the heat from the bed.
Best of luck with your projects!

I really like this approach to drying. I have been storing mine in vacuum bags with 3 - 50g desiccant bags and pull as much of a vacuum as I can. It still only gets the filament to about 30%. I bought a bunch of small digital humidity/temp guages for the bags.
Maybe if I use this to dry the filament first then store it in a vacuum, it would stay dry?
I may have to get some of the containers like you have, they would stack much better than the bags!
    Thanks for another great video!

Hi Steve, Thank you for commenting. I've been storing mine the same way as you. Some type of dispensing solution is next. I've seen the bin ones but think a printed one would be better.
      Enjoy your day!

Nice rethinkin and combining of projects, just one thing I would optimise. U blow a lot of heat right into air with all that uncovered heatbedsurface!

Hello T3cker, Thank you for commenting and improvement suggestion. A square housing is the best solution to make use of all the heat produced. I'll make a square version and add it to the .STL zip file.
Best of luck with your projects!

I put all my cables (san the bed heater) out the left side between the feet. I have a lot less wire movement in general for the hot end and wires going to my stepper motors.

Hello Frank, Thank you for commenting. No cutting involved with the way you did it, great solution.

Just found out I am old enough to think that product looked like a big stack of 45 RPM vinyls

Hello Run International, I'm in the same boat and had 45 records. It does look like a big stack of them. Thank you for taking me back and putting a smile on my face.
Best of luck with your mods!
