X Y Z motors and pellet extruder setup for my Custom 3D printer

I setup all the motors for the X Y Z axis, need to get the appropriate length belt. I am also planning for the pellet extruder configuration as I want to make sure that I can mount and unmount without moving to many parts.

I agree, but they are not easy to build and to maintain. Hopefully I design it in a way that will be easy to use.

Looks cool. Have you considered a rack and pinion for the x axis? It would add more weight, but could be more reliable. But really, that’s something for later on to even think about. I’d work on the extruder first before worrying about the kinematics.

Yes, I have them and if I feel belts are not good I will try them. Extruder is going to be a bit challenging since the tolerances a bit tight, I might need to enlarge the chamber.
