Bench top rapid tool mount

Example of my rapid tool mount on my workbench.
The example shows an install of a quick vise.
I use similar mounts for an arbor press and for two different ammunition reloading presses.
The mount plate is made of two layers of 3/4" plywood glued together with the top and bottom perimeters rounded over using a trim router and a 1/8" round over bit.
Unfortunately when I made my first mount plate and drilled the holes in the workbench, I did not make the hole pattern symmetrical. This means I cannot easily layout holes in a new plate but instead I have to trace hole locations from any of the existing plates. I regret this issue but I'm not about to redrill all the holes and reinstall the T nuts in the workbench.
