N Scale Coffee Table Layout Build: Part 1

Initial stages of a 30x72 coffee table layout. The track is Kato Unitrack configured in a modified folded dog bone. The layout uses woodland scenics 4% risers for a 5” elevation change.

Is there a specific kind of foam you used for the blue base?

It’s regular 2” foam board insulation from the local hardware store.
