Pellagrino does have fluoride but it is calcium fluoride.Jack is talking about sodium fluoride which is a by product of the chemical industry ,which is put in the water supply ...this Is covered on Jacks forum by the members.
I am in New England and fortunate to live very close to a mineral spring and great seafood. You mentioning oysters but the conversation never circled back to it. On a daily basis I eat a can of quality sardines and I try to shuck two oysters per day for the zinc. Since you are a fan of oysters, Dr. Anna, I am definitely interested in any info you may have on the subject. Thanks! Subscribed!
It sounds like you live in a beautiful place. Yes oysters are a super food and rich in zinc and DHA and tyrozine. These are really good for hormone production especially testosterone. That may be why they're considered an aphrodisiac. Fresh fresh cold water oysters are typically the best. But I am a fan of our Georgia coast oysters too.
@@thegirlfrienddoctor Thanks for the reply! Tyrosine is a new one to me. 👍 I gathered on another video that you are in GA ❤️. Now that is a beautiful place! I wonder where the most nutritious oysters come from… I’ll work on that! Have a great day!
Pellegrino has some (tiny amount) fluoride as many mineral waters do.
Thanks for sharing and thanks for watching.
