Le Gavrouche need too update their service crockery with some more imaginative designs , sur Le plat dishes for the starter where about in the 1980’s , more modern designs would enhance the look of the food , The cheese Board was amongst the best I’ve ever seen in a restaurant, I thought the Puddings and Petite Four looked very disappointing for a Three Star Michelin restaurant, even the Quenelle of sorbet looked odd , and the decoration poor , sorry 😮

Wow , that place has changed so much.... for the worse. It's certainly not going to get any more Michelin stars , that's for sure.
    Attention to detail....Gone.
    Wine flights...£280 or £390 , Ridiculous.
    £28 for a Cheese Souffle.....Culinary Theft.
Le Gavroche is no longer on my list.

??? What did I miss you’re seeing? Service was refined, food liked thoughtful, environment nice and sophisticated. Prices though are at your local fish and chips are also increasing. Heard of this thing called the pandemic and it’s affects on the marketplace?!?!
Also, one needs to take into consideration that the Roux family simply don’t have the scale that someone like GR or other big name chefs have to bargain and purchase for products. Never ceases to amaze me how people are ignorant to this particular part of any business and hence their pricing structure….
