- Another mod for the Thrustmaster TH8RS shifter, this time it's a handbrake which works great for both rally and drifting.

Hardware needed for assembly:
- Yellow die spring: 25mm long, 7mm inner diameter, 14mm outer diameter: ebay.to/3hqBs06
- Teflon tube 4mm inner, 6mm outer diameter: ebay.to/3fnXNJT
- 1x M4 60mm screw
- 4x M4 25mm screw
- 6x M4 nuts
- 1x M4 washer

Awesome mod! Going to order it soon. But that is a lot of flex. Are you hardmounting the unit or only using the table clamp? Is that an NLR cockpit? I've got the GT Track and I'm thinking about mounting my TH8A on the wheel tray next to my wheel and use it as a handbrake or sequential shifter, then use another shifter as an h-shifter mounted on the gear shifter arm mount on the cockpit, but I don't like the flex and I am goilg to try to get rid of it.

Wow you are really inspiring. What would be a decent printer for someone new to the 3d printing space? I'm a big fan of bang for buck but I also except that I'm new and I will want something with good ease of use. Cheers!

Very nice! But the hole on the Rod_push piece is bigger than an M4 nut. What nut do you put there?:)
sorry, used some odd 8.6mm M4 nylon nut, added a new .stl to thingiverse for standard 7mm
Is the spring the one that you can get to upgrade your printer bed springs. it looks the same as the ones i got for my ender 3 to upgrade the stock springs.
as far as I can see yes, it's the same type of spring (they are called 'die springs'), you just need the right diameter and length

Hello Peter, is it possible to set this mod also on PS4?
I am pretty sure you can calibrate this in Windows to set the minimum and maximum output, thus removing the need to change it in any games.
Does it work on Xbox aswell? Does it require any settings?
oh man, i'm not able to screw the upper part to the plate, the screws have the the same length as the upper part and the plate together, the screw got no grip on the nut, maybe 1mm more would be have been enough..... :-((((

the seqential mod is available on www.kapral.store , e-brake isn't yet, but you could try using the contact form and asking whether Mike (store owner) can make one for you

why do you use ugly colors ? can't you use black plastic ?
ofx I can use black plastic, but wanted to make this one red :) it's a matter of personal preference, feel free to print yours in any colour you like
