This is the best chocolate whipped cream recipe I've ever had

- ▶▶The best results can be obtained when using meter measurements.
*1 cup = 250 ml
*1 tbsp = 15 ml
*1 tsp = 5 ml
90 g water (90 ml)
90 g heavy whipping cream(or heavy cream) (1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp)
60 g granulated sugar (1/4 cup+1 Tbsp)
30 g unsweetened cocoa powder (4 Tbsp)
120 g dark chocolate
530 g heavy cream (2 cup + 2½ Tbsp)
* It's enough to make one 18 cm(7 inch) 3 layer cake.

Hi. I made this chocolate ganache cream and loved everything about it. The texture, the manteining shape, the chocolate taste without being very sweet.
Could be so kind and give me an alternative with white chocolate? That can have a great texture and keep its shape?
I thought of changing in the syrup cocoa with powder milk. Maybe I have to adjust the quantity of cream... What do you think?
Or maybe you have a better idea. I know Swiss and Italian merengue butter cream but I want a more like ganache...

From my experience, the texture got better when I used heavy whipped cream.
Of course, there may be differences between products.
It doesn't make a big difference, but I prefer heavy whipped cream because it saves a little time to whip, and it's easier to buy products.

You can freeze the leftover cream, but the quality may be lower than the texture before freezing. The refrigeration period is expected to be around 3 to 4 weeks. In my case, I eat the leftover cream with various desserts.😊

I did mls
90g of heavy cream = 88.9ml 530g of heavy cream = 522.63ml , which is about 1.5% of the weight and volume difference. In this recipe, it seems that there will be no big problem using ml. Have a warm and happy holiday season.🎄

@@JoonsLittleTable I chilled it in a ice bath and got to whip it right away. It’s a wonderful recipe. For my kids I would add more sugar but for me it was perfect 👌👍

Yes, you can use whipped cream, not dairy products. But if it's a sweet cream, control the amount of sugar you add.
Can i use milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate?. Will it change the consistency in anyway?
The concentration will not make much difference. However, there will be a slight difference in color and sugar content.
