    I do the farmer s walk carrying stones or gripping the towel around the weight. It is amazing how changing your grip works the wrists, thumbs, fingers .....

    Powerful grip strength can be a fight ender just by itself if used correctly. Think about that handshake you got from a man with a crushing grip….makes a mental impact that this person has power

    Farmer carry works the whole body from the neck to the toes, of course with good form.

    For the neck, i think bands are best. They are the safest
