Unfortunately I dealt with same lower bolt/bushing issue. Problem is you only get one shot to grease the actual bolt since to bushing totally encapsulates the bolts. All the zerk greases is the outer bushing to HDPE bushings. Doesn’t actually lubricate anything useful except the end of the bushing to frame. Your buddy had the right idea with his PB Blaster method. Drilling holes in the bushings before assembling would actually allow grease to get to bolts. Funny the lower a arm has that issue and not so much the upper with the same long bolt. You guys need to get a bandsaw, it makes cutting metal so fast compared to abrasive cutoff wheels. Take care dudes.
I have these on my rzr 800s but my ball joints are very difficult to turn you do adjust the camber by turning the ball joints in and out by twisting it right?
I see this kit added camber to your machine mine is having binding issues on the front diff now that we installed the kit wanted to know if that was just me or if anyone else had this issue
Oh wow, sorry to hear that. No, we didn't experience this issue; however, we did spend a lot of time tweaking these arms to ensure they were all tuned just right. It wasn't on the video, but we took additional days to get it right. 😑
Hello Buddy! Awesome Video! I just purchased the set and they came in today. Do you know what is the best way to get the factory spindle off of the tie rod? I can not get it off to replace it with the spindle that came with the set. Thanks!
Billy Jenkins hey bud! We used a make-shift press to pull that rod out of the A-arm. I think that’s what you’re asking. We used an oversized socket and put it around the tie-rod. We then used a vehicle jack to compress that with a something really heavy like a one ton truck frame to get that sucker out of there. Does that makes sense? Is this what you’re asking for help with? If not just let me know and we can arrange a phone call. ~ Benny
@@RZRDREAMS Thanks for getting back with me on that my friend Benny. Also, thank you for your service! The part I'm talking about is the piece your friend is holding at the 3:01 part of the video. I did buy some PB Blaster and hope it helps. I just didn't know if there was a good way of really getting that factory spindle off, but I'll give it a shot with the PB .
Billy Jenkins ah okay! So I just had this issue last week with something I was working on. I used heat! I own a small propane torch, threw a 1 pound bottle on and applied. Just make sure there’s no rubber or plastic around because you’ll damage that obviously. I hope this helps! Get her nice and hot.
Billy Jenkins my goodness bud! It might be welded. Not a great situation but it does happen with rust. I usually heat for about 2-3 minutes. Might need to start looking at buy more parts. Sorry.
Do you know what wheel brand and size your are running I love these! I am looking for a lower offset wheel for my 800s so they will stick out a bit and give me some width.
@@RZRDREAMS thanks so much man! I was looking on there site at this kit and it says its to make a regular rzr have the S suspension.. I have a rzr 800s already will this work? Im looking for a taller and wider travel!
Andr3w Jr hey bud. It’s easier if you go to sxsstuff.com, search by vehicle and look for suspension/lifts. Should be fairly simple to find one’s you like.
So was it worth it on the trails? Did it make a huge difference? Did he do just the high clearance and not the lift? Did he do the 1.5” offset to the front?
Hey friend! Yes it was totally worth it because it does give you a lot more clearance throughout the trails and that is primarily where we do most of our riding. Cody didn't do a lift because he didn't think he needed it and also because this was basically a temporary car to see if he was going to like owning one. If you have seen our other videos you will know that he ended up selling it and buying an S900. We did have the 1.5" offset and it completely changed the stance of the RZR. It provides more stability and with the wheel and tire package, provided more confidence when riding. We hope we answered all of your questions. If you have more feel free to ask!
RZR_DREAMS awesome. Yea I seen his new rzr. Looks badass. Can you give me a link to the kit he bought for the rzr? I have a 12. Just bought it and went on two rides and realized I need more clearance for the rocks in the trails. Semper Fi!
Cody Vaughn it is the high clearance super atv kit on their websit. www.superatv.com/polaris-rzr-s-and-rzr-4-800-high-clearance-a-arms-1?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIh4Xo1ard4QIVhIXICh3-JQs-EAQYDyABEgLoFPD_BwE
You guys will look back on this when your old and thank man those was good days. That's living the dream !!
Doctor Death 5 damn brother thanks for realizing this!!! Only reason why we do it; we’re having a great time. Thanks for the memories! 👊🏼🍻
Great video guys! I enjoyed it.
Thanks Mr. Rem260!

Hey, can you get ahold of us on Facebook messenger? It would be easier for us to help you out that way.
GOOD CAN YOU TELL ME WHICH TIRE YOU MOUNT IN INCHES AND WHAT WHEEL MEASUREMENTS?
THANK YOU
Of course! These are 33" tires wrapped around a 15" wheel.
And you used "Never Seized" on the bolts right?
GUNNA SCAOILTE we usually do. It’s been a while so I’m going to say yes we did. The build turned out great but he has since sold this car.

How do you do the brake lines help
Can you please clarify your question?

Really want to get those wheels, where can I find them do you have a link by any chance, also where did you get your roof?
These are ITP SS Wheels. Use "The Google"! The roof came with the unit when we purchased.
If that is their +6 kit from super ATV. Is it +6 on each side or is it +3 to the right and +3 to the left

Kyle William hey brother, these are 27” Ripsaw tires and Pro Armor wheels. Not sure what model wheels but shouldn’t be hard to find.

Looks very good. High clearance is the way to go
O had the same issue with my a arms managed to get a set of needle nose vice grips in and using an impact to break it loose
slanty 12 yeah Cody’s was strait soldered to that bolt. It was a mess. Thanks for chiming in!
I know this video is old but what are your wheel and tire specs?!
Yeah man, we sold this badass puppy a long time ago. If my memory serves me correctly, those are 14" pro-armor wheels. I can't remember the rest.
Who makes the doors you have on there?
Cody only uses Pro Armor full doors.
how do i install the the windshield?
ツMicro Brazzzy not sure what you mean buddy.
Are they worth it ?
Yes! They give you a lot more confidence on the trails and when you're hitting some thicker mud they'll drag less than the stock arms.
@@RZRDREAMS so this does fit the 570 rzr? Didn’t you put anything on the back?
where did you get your ball joints
elwood polaris rzr hey buddy, we got them at Super ATV.
We’re do you buy you’re parts ?
Andr3w they are worth it if you have the cash. We bought them from Super ATV.
RZR_DREAMS what did you search ? To find the part

Do you need to upgrade and swap the axles ?
Aaron no you don’t. They’re an exact match with all the other stock components. Thanks for watching!
