I literally put in an offer on this bus but was too late and now I’m watching what my life could have been and it’s bizarre to see it was another solo fem traveler. Guess I’ll get the next one that pops up and see you on the road
I’m not her but I would learn some basic diesel mechanic skills. The rest is simple framing and plumbing that you should be able to do with slight research or a helping hand. Personally I would never rock an old abused school bus as a house unless you had the entire block machined
Why do people choose these buses anyway? The difference between a regular van and a Bosch it might be more square footage for the Bosch but fuel efficiency is terrible, tires cost about $500 each, on and on and on the numbers just don’t add up unless somebody has unlimited money
Hey! Gas is pretty expensive. Going forward I’m gonna try and not do so much stretch of land in a short period of time bc it adds up to being rent some months if I’m traveling hundreds of miles. It’s diesel
