- From Floyd's 1979 album The Wall. I couldn't resist doing my best Roger Waters impression, complete with the echo at the end. I notice that my videos are getting fewer and fewer views...is RUclips dying, or do I just suck? Anyway, it doesn't matter as long as a few people like what I do -- hey, that's how it's always been!
This brings me back to 1992, when ever my parents left town, PARTYTIME, my buddy brought his acoustic over and this was one of the sing-a-longs between my friends, and my under aged brothers friends.
Truly beautiful work. Your Pink Floyd covers were a joy for me to discover. I would love to see you come out with own album someday. PLEASE KEEP PLAYING.
Blown away yet again!
Worst thing about Pink Floyd songs, is that they end. Always seems they could go on and i could listen on forever
Hey you...it's a pleasure to hear you playing!
Dark side of the Moon and The Wall are my two favorite Pink recordings. Nice job!
Thanks for the new cover!

Nailed it!
Great JOB I enjoyed it
Have always loved all that you do Eddie!
Awesome talent Eddie, thanks for sharing :)
On reason for decreasing views might be folks like me seeing a new vid and then going back to watch the old vids again. I've watched "biggest part of me" probably six times now. Always impressed.
Great job !!.
I don't mind waiting a while for your next video if they are this good!
Well done... especially the end... very difficult to do with vocal clarity... nice.
Great!
Congratulations
Edward Current...You are one amazing dude! You are one of the giants on youtube. Please keep your channels going and your old youtube videos posted.
Thank you for your work.
Good looking video that sounds good too.

Inspiring.
You have a god given talent.
What a stunning cover, Edward. Gave me chills.
Good job. Keep up the good work.

It's not you, it is youtube. They are getting annoying with all the advertisements. I've always liked your vids and appreciate that you take the time to make them.
holy shit man, I had no idea you could sing until this popped up today on my youtube feed. Bravo
This is a great cover! The singing is so good and yet we still can "feel" that is you singing. It has personality!
Lovelovelovelovelovelove
Awesome version. I reckon its way youtube updates content on our home pages, i seen to miss new posts from a good few of my favs.
Good job. I like the video shows which chords are used as well.
Dude, you ripped that well!!!
little embarrassed here, that last 3 seconds, gave me goosebumps.
Well done!
DAMN YOU!
Trying to study the Warhammer 40k 6th edition rulebook, but can't stop listenin' to this. >_<
'San amazing cover, man.
Very good.
Very nice job
Good job Edward excellent rendition, wow didn't know you could sing but dammit you can sing : )
no you don't suck, I say keep up the good work, I see passion in your covers, much respect to you Eddie!
Hey, you!
Out there in the cold
Getting lonely, getting old.
Can you feel me?
Hey, you!
Standing in the aisles
With itchy feet and fading smiles.
Can you feel me?
Hey, you!
Don't help them to bury the light.
Don't give in without a fight.
Hey, you!
Out there on your own
Sitting naked by the phone.
Would you touch me?
Hey, you!
With your ear against the wall
Waiting for someone to call out.
Would you touch me?
Hey, you!
Would you help me to carry the stone?
Open your heart, I'm coming home
But it was only fantasy.
The wall was too high as you can see.
No matter how he tried he could not break free.
And the worms ate into his brain.
Hey, you!
Out there on the road,
Always doing what you're told.
Can you help me?
Hey, you!
Out there beyond the wall,
Breaking bottles in the hall.
Can you help me?
Hey, you!
Don't tell me there's no hope at all.
Together we stand,
Divided we fall.
Really great job. Good vocal tone.
I was anticipating the "...and the worms ate into his brain" line to see if you were going to use an accent or not! :-)
i love pf
hey you sound good. keep up the good work.
It's RUclips that's dying. I recently dropped cable TV, because of the lack of choices. Don't give up the fight. Some of us appreciate home grown music.
That was actually impressive
Good cover man!
Although the whole album is meant as a rock opera and should be listened start to finish to start, if i had to pick one song out of the series...its this ONE! ...great job!
great job
nice!
I was just about to say the same thing. I love that last part, but there's no way in hell I could sing it like Waters did back then.
More Pink Floyd, please? You did that very well. I'd love to hear "Mother" from you.
Well said..
You're very tallented! This sounds great! In answer to your question about the number of views, I guess maybe there's more comedy fans than music? You're super tallented in both art forms...perhaps the larger group misses the comedy and doesn't click on the music? I'm sure glad I did, though! Thanks again! Awesome!
You don't suck, this is great, as always. I'm subscribed to you but somehow I haven't seen a lot of your recent ones. I think youtube isn't sending email notifications.
Good job Eddie.
What a fuckin bad ass!
Fucking AWESOME, mate.
Awesome stuff MrC.
btw ".is RUclips dying, or do I just suck?" is a false dichotomy. It could be both :)
Floyd is so hard to cover (DMB did ok with Wish you Were Here). I usually instinctively hate any cover of a Pink Floyd song, because of the one off nature of the original. But this is really good, as much as it pains me to admit it. Great Work Eddie.
Fan-fricking-tabulous!
Don't let the lack of views hinder you. You do awesome covers. Any Floyd cover is well appreciated by fans. Advice to cover modern songs is garbage. Modern music can't compare to timeless classic rock
I am here as I am trying to improve my guitar skills , Its a brave thing to do , post on youtube , my guitar skills aint too bad , like i said , i am still trying to improve. that was a pretty damn good cover , after all you are trying to replicate an iconic band whom nobody will ever match .. I cant sing for shit , which hinders my playing quite a lot . Be grateful you can do both and do both very well my friend. I really enjoyed it , i have seen several dreadful covers of the same song on here with loads of likes and i am thinking , are people tone deaf or has he a million accounts to log in and like himself lol . keep going mate , you are really good at what you do , everyone has haters , the world is full of em , bet none of them have a guitar even lol
Good show old man!
If you're worried about "view count" you're not doing it for the right reasons. It's a passion and a hobby. You're always going to have your haters. If you keep doing what you're doing because you love it and it brings you joy to share your hobby then keep doing it and you'll have already won. Some my suck, some may rock but never stop doing what you love because of other people's judgement. Rock on!
I honestly would say that the reason there are fewer views on this is caused by two factors.
A) Not as well known = Less possible viewers, Less promotion by viewers
B) Habit. Most users have a habit of checking certain user's uploads, and as this is most likely a newly subscribed channel, less people would check it.
Oozing fucking talent!
Excellent... I watched it 3 times in a row. Man.. you got something.. start a band.... You would be a good lead guy. You actually may have something here. Gonna go watch some more of your vids.
good job. are those washers stuck on your bridge? how did that affect your tone?
has anyone else not seen any of these videos in their sub box?
Cool! BTW, David Gilmour does the vocals at the beginning, Roger Waters only sings in the second half
Pigs is still your best! I admit the Wall is my most favorite album ever and the entire thing is etched into my hippocampus. So even the slightest variation is immediately noticed, it's unfair to be sure because you did an excellent version. However Pigs is so spot on that when I play it for friends back to back with the original, no one can tell for sure which is Roger and which is you!
subscribed
Fantastic. I'm sure that's a hard song to sing.
HOLY FUCKING FUCK, YOU DID IT!
You sang the last verse ("Don't tell me there's no hope at ah_ah_all___") *just* as Roger Waters did!
Do you have any idea how rare that is? Waters himself doesn't do it anymore. The guy on PULSE didn't do it. Paul fucking Carrack certainly didn't do it. John Wetton didn't do it on "Back Against the Wall". I sure can't do it. All these singers changed the melody, and/or let the backup singers take over.
But YOU did it! I need someone like you in a band!
Nice job !!!!!!!!! What are the chords n strumming ????????
Nor I! I used to have a bit of software called "Digital Orchestrator Pro" on my old computer, and you could do all sorts of audio editing on it. I tried every trick I could think of, just to get one track of me singing that line correctly. Fucking impossible. My "head voice" range generally ends around the first F# or G above middle-C, and there I was trying to get all the way up to the first *C* above middle-C! It wasn't fucking happening! Better singers than I (as noted above) can't either.
