Thanks! Changed the oil in my daughters first car today, same model shown. Was not familiar with this model. Worked perfectly.The manual is poorly written, it says to push and hold that button, but not to release it.

no sorry it wont this is only for the new generation, i believe that for your hybrid you hit the info button until it says "system check" and then you hit reset button to activate the check and then it will eventually say "oil life reset at change" then hold reset to reset the oil life

Thanks for the tip. I've just saved myself a trip to the dealer. My ac/heater fan began making a noise as I turn it up above about the 2nd setting. This happened once before and the dealership said it was a filter that needed cleaned. They replace it for me free of charge but wondering if you could tell me where this filter is located so that I may clean it on my own this time. I appreciate your time and response!

hi if you open the glove box cover fully ( open glove box and push in sides the stops will pull past and allow the the cover to come out further) the filter will be behind a removable cover on the hvac assembly

How can i get the my numbers again to unlock my car door? Either something went wrong with the system or I forgot the numbers. Unfortunately, I can't find the card where the code was written when I purchased the Escape last year.

Bobby Clegg you have to check your keyless code entry number on the SJB located under your glove compartment box next too the passenger foot light. It'll have a 5 digit code with a letter. The five digit code will be your code for the door.
