All did great but I’d have to go the Philippines with this one. The clarity of their cover is amazing. One could see they both could have brought more power into their rendition but stayed to musical/Disney style.
The fact that darren espanto has a high type of voice thats why filipinos surprised that he sang with a lower register voice, he even sang the chandelier of sia, you should check it out.

No doubts about it.. in 1992 our Filipino Talent singer Lea Salonga sang the original soundtrack of the movie...it could have been duplicated by Morisette Amon. Kudos to Darren Espanto..His voice is insane as well...
I will go of course with #PHILIPPINES all 3. Other versions were good but it`s all post produced technically..they added some kind of sounds into it..unlike Darren and morissete，they sang it live..💁and it was fantastic.

Yes, the Philppine version is the best, Disney had already handpicked them to do the soundtrack for their movie promotion and Morissette was invited and met by Alan Menken, the Composer who had a duet with her and Will Smith, the Genie. The Indonesian man Andmesh (looks like with Indian heritage) with his Timbre can better cover the songs of Air Supply. Others are good as well. Tnx Joon.

Philippines nailed it. The control, the originality and the dictions are perfect.
As a Filipino I think all of them made the best local versions of the song A whole New World. They were commissioned to make local version of the song so it should sound different from the Hollywood version. The Philippines' version might sound closer to original because our culture mostly influenced by western culture. But honestly that first video of Indonesian version feels like I was transported into the movie. so soulful. #TEAMASIA
