"I'm not thrilled at the thought of mixing fruit and beer." THANK YOU!!! I accidentally grabbed a 6 pack of Sam Adams cherry wheat because it was in the same place where the black lager was. It was so damn disgusting
Jai Alai (High Lie) is a game where players use a curved wicker racket that is about 2 1/2 feet long to catch a ball about the size of a baseball and then use it to hurl the ball against a wall inside of a three walled court. The game is a variation of the Basque game of pelota. It once was on TV all over the US but now is mostly confined to Florida and central and south American countries. The ball traves about 150 miles an hour. I loved watch the game on TV when I was a kid.
That was my first thought when I got introduced to it by family, and they pronounced it "Go-say" and I asked, "Is that it's real name or is it a reflection on the taste?" They didn't get it.
My mother is from Scotland she’s been in America since the 70’s. And she’s loved southern beer and whiskey and pretty much alcoholic beverages since lol she has 6 kids im the youngest . And I shared this video with her.
St. Arnold is so much better than Karbach and is from Houston as well, but I'm guessing they were able to get the Karbach b/c they're owned by InBev and have greater distribution.
I have a friend from England that moved to Alabama as a kid then to Phoenix as a teen. Now he's back in England, I bet his accent is good and fucked now.
Lot of people take on the accent of where they live/move to. Just because his accent isnt super heavy means only that he has been to the states for a while. Not that he isnt scottish. My mother is from florida. My dad hates the accent, says it sounds like you are stupid. So she forced her accent to go away when they moved to arizona. However, real easy to get her back to her regular accent. Talk to anyone from the south and she switches without even realizing it.

Loch Ness. In the Gaelic languages, "loch" means lake. Then there's Ness, on the banks of an extremely long and rather deep lake in Scotland. Hence, Loch Ness.

Purple haze is all hype. It's an okay beer, but doesn't live up to expectations. My personal favorite on the list was the southern pecan. Some brands attract customers with fancy packaging and some let the flavors speak for themselves.
@@HG-gj9lh You are correct, Purple Haze is not Abita's best. It is very drinkable, unique, and has been around a long time. I like the Maison Blanc, much better for a daily drinker.
