    8:09 that is a beautiful test, to plug everything in because that is how life ends up going, we need everything at once!! That thing didn’t shut off,…. That’s impressive.

    Great video presentation, great product. . .EXCEPT, why do they have to have a handle in the middle of that nice flat top?
    Its a nice unit, no getting away from that fact, but IMHO, needs to be stackable.... hahaha, . . . .still a nice unit.

  • @offairhead

    5:55 I don’t love the fixed handle on top, that’s the same thing I don’t enjoy about my jackeries, a flat handle allows stacking, this kind of fixed handle means you can’t put anything on top of it and you need more clearance for storage.

      I have the VTOMAN Jump 1000 and I’m planning on buying the extra battery. I was going to stack them and put them on the VTOMAN Utility Dolly Cart, Folding Hand Truck until I read your comment.
      I think the best solution would be to stack and secure several pieces of wood together and then cut out a space for the handle. Then put it on top of the extra battery. That way the Jump 1000 could sit on top of the extra battery.

    Vtoman is making quite the name for themselves over here on RUclips. So far I’ve been loyal to my jackeries but I might have to give these guys a chance.

    4:22 so I’m wondering if you could use this attachment to charge a separate 12 volt system that has a regular 12v battery. 🤔🤔💡💡

    Hi Dave, Thanks for the video and reviewing everything detail by detail. I do have a question,
    My electric scooter has the following battery specs
    Battery Voltage 36V DC
    Max Charging Voltage 42V DC
    Capacity 11.6Ah
    Motor Nominal Power 500W
    Charger Input Voltage 100v-240V
    Charger Output Voltage 42V DC
    Do you think the VTOMAN can charge it with no problem ?

    • @DaveOTG
      @DaveOTG  9 месяцев назад +1

      How many watts does it charge at? My ebike charges at 750w, so this power station can power /recharge anything under 1500w

    • @DJXLNYC
      @DJXLNYC 9 месяцев назад

      @DaveOTG I don't have the scooter yet , but I want to buy power station that's compatible. To be specific im looking into the "Hiboy KS4 Pro Premium Electric Scooter" , sorry Dave im new to this.

    What I did find is it’s got some quirky characteristics, if it’s not drawing a certain amount of power it will shut off I believe after 8hrs. I’ve not worked out what the minimum draw is but I think it’s above 20w. So I have my output on a timer at the moment trying to find a way to keep it on. When the spare battery runs out everything shuts down, no seamless discharge. Although it does seamlessly charge. If you have solar plugged in permanently you will need to disconnect in the morning as it will switch off overnight. give it a few mins before you re plug in the solar. Once you know its faults it’s kinda easier to work round them, just a bit of a pain as without these quirks it would be amazing. And not being able to charge the extra battery independently is just stupid.

    Hi, is it working with discharge and charge in the same time? Thanks

    This a cool unit with some real nice features especially the jump start. Until they get a better charge controller for the solar its kind of useless unless you plan on charging it from the wall. 200 watt solar charging is ridiculously horrible. It would take you days to charge this if you were running things and if you got the expandable battery almost impossible. I guess everyone has their own case use. When I buy a SOLAR POWER STATION I want to be able to charge it with SOLAR!!!! Otherwise it's just a wall charger station. Spend a little more on a usable solar charger Vitoman and you got a fantastic product!!!!

    Yes it is the worst product I ever purchased. After watching your video I purchased to flash 1500 and 2 extra batteries. After spending almost $4000 of my hard work money, the company did not want to stand behind their product when it didn't work. I asked them to refund my money and they said no. They wanted to see video, I sent the video and they still took over 30 days to review my video. They finally admitted that their product did not work properly as advertised but they still didn't want to refund my money. I had to go to PayPal and my Visa and get my money refunded. This was the worst experience dealing with any company in my entire life. They admitted that their product was faulty or garbage. And then they offered me more garbage.

      I bought it as well after watching a certain persons review. Jump 1500x extra battery, solar panel. It stopped charging, power just cut off when extra battery drained. And customer service was like dealing with bots. Not one question I asked was replied to, everything avoided. However they have offered a full refund… after about a month.

    This is the worst product I've ever purchased. It stopped working after two months. The company doesn't stand behind the product. If you're unsatisfied with this review, or any other review and you want to return the product, the company does not stand behind their product. This product is a POS, and so is the company.

      @omm7763, I had problems initially with my 600x vtoman. I didn’t read this, but did hard reset by pressing both 2 yellow buttons together and then 3 all together. I just improvised as you would with a mobile phone this worked. Also I connected socket in and out until it came back on the first time it did this. Then Drained it and recharged, no problems since, not sure if it just tripped out. Purchased Feb 2023. I think before writing it off check properly and persistently if you can get it back on. If you have properly, contact the company. They refunded me partially as mine began working, but were willing to give full refund. I hope you get a refund or it works.
      For the money I paid and the fact I got it to work, I am happy. I hope this helps you. Stay blessed.
