Those voice lines at 4:22 are for a ground flamethrower engineer unit (infantry). They are unused since there are no Yugo engineers in-game. Maybe they were planned but got scrapped for balancing reasons or because Yugoslavia never had any formal flamethrower units in real life.

there is a line that i think Jastreb Airplane uses, which is "I love the smell of napalm in the morning". the rest i think went unused.

    Accents found in this video:
    Airplane - Serbian (Šumadija dialect)
    MLRS - Serbian (Šumadija dialect)
Artillery - Bosnian / Croatian , but probably Bosnian.
Anti tank - Macedonian + Serbian
    Helicopter - Croatian
    SPAA - Bosnian
    Command car - Slovenian
    Napalm plane - Slovenian
Bomber - Serbian (Vojvodina / Niš dialect)
    Infantry - Bosnian & Croatian & Serbian
    Transport - Slovenian
    Neva - Bosnian & Serbian
    Fighter airplane - Serbian
    Scouts - Croatian
Paratrooper / Special units - Serbian
    Tank - Serbian (Vojvodina dialect)
    APC - Bosnian
SPAA - Kosovo Albanian (most likely) thought it was Bosnian but the way they say Metu, Milosti (Miljosti) and Bog makes me think they're naturalized Albanians.
    SEAD - Serbian (Šumadija dialect)
