Karlach seemed to be genuinely mournful. There weren't any waterworks because she'd known Lae'zel for like a week tops and I don't think weepy is Karlach's style to begin with. Otherwise, I get the feeling they were all half expecting that dagger to have their name on it.

Think I rolled intimidation to get them to stop (spamming the Friends spell). In my headcanon my Durge said "If you two start fighting I'm going to fucking kill you both." This is maybe the only let down in baldurs gate 3 . I had both laezel and shadow in my party. I was expecting them to go at each others necks at some point in the game leading to different variants in the storyline or just make anything out of the situation would have been fun. Except what happened was they did little caustic bantering with each other and were mostly agreeable together with the decisions i made or when they were laughing at me. Maybe last part of the game they did not agree alot thats it.
The companions and the story are why I have not bought this game. On top of that add Larian's knack for adding stupid mechanics and the tendency to walk away from unfinished projects.
Its still a bit weird how, if a character is an NPC they are vocal, but if you pick them as the character you play, they are suddenly mute 😅
would love a mod or an official update to make them.. not mute.

Thank you for making this video! ❤️ I saw this cutscene on some channel before, but your thoroughness always makes you stand out 😊

How was this her fault? Lol the artifact blew her up

So how do you get these outfits? Are they moded in?

Is it the top you have Shadowheart wearing that pushes her up like that? Or is it a separate mod?
Good riddance Lae'Zel. Now how do I get Astarion to explode?
Lies kills.
Nice mound
She doesn't explode for stabbing shadowheart...
This is a Shadowheart Origin-specific scene apparently.
Why do i feel like the companions in this game are about as interesting as a pet rock?
Most are slightly more interesting than a pet rock. A few are actually good.

Wow it's almost as if a game that can take 80 hours to finish cannot condense all that development in a 3 minute and 20 second video 😮
The different camera angles made me laugh so hard. I love both girls but that was just brutal 😂
Same I don't why I laughed so hard lol
