@@santiagodelbono1 knowing that the tab s8 ultra will have a notch and 14.5 inch (i think) i don't see why they would make an 7.9inch tablet in the near future
I’ve had this tablet since July and it works really good. Just don’t expect really snappy response from it. It works fast enough but not very laggy at the same time. I’ve just realized now that the Home Screen and apps have rounded corners. Videos take up the whole screen tho. I have Tab S2, and just purchased A7 Lite. I have no choice because 8 inch tablets are rather limited. I'm using it for reading, stock transactions/review RUclips etc so I hope this A7 Lite can serve well.
Really glad your channel has been growing organically and at a healthy rate. Props to your dedication to the tablet space and we appreciate your reviews just as much!!

I bought two of these tablets for my kids. I used one myself for a week or so first. The display colour in films is noticeably poor. Skin tones (particularly faces) look very pale and washed out. Contrast is great and the low resolution didn't bother me. My Galaxy Buds+ earphones kept disconnecting from the device. I had to turn Bluetooth off and back on again. I thought it was going to be a real piece of crap based on the reviews. It makes a great digital dashboard. You can even make calls and text from. I got the wifi 64GB version.
I'm seeing some conflicting information about this tablet. If it is used with a case, does opening the case wake the screen? In some pictures, the silver version appears to have a proximity sensor, while the gray version does not. The silver version also seems to have a single, front facing speaker, while the gray version does not.
I just came upon your channel on my search for the perfect tablet. Originally I came to decide between galaxy tab s6 and a7, closer to getting s6 lite.. however after watching your videos I ended up a bit confused and unsure what to do. I would like from my tablet to support active stylus, but also to be a more of a gaming tablet, still under 400 - 500€.. so I need something in between. To specify which game should it run smoothly - Genshin Impact. Is there anybody with any suggestion? I would appreciate any help, thank you.
Just wondering if it comes with anything like “parental control”? Will mainly use it for my daughter‘s home schooling. Currently she’s on an iPad 4th generation which can only upgraded to iPadOS 12.x. Unfortunately it doesn’t come with “parental control “ and my girl is spending too much time on RUclips etc on daily basis.
It's because people have been gaslit into accepting 1080p in thousand dollar phones (never mind the fact that it's common in 200 dollar phones). People think that just because they can't tell the difference, nobody should have premium screens, and greedy manufacturers take advantage of that and use people like that as pawns.
I recently bought the A7 lite 64G I'm finding it to be great for a low budget tablet but lacks some features. For example it will not screen mirror to TV. There also is not a sensitivity adjustment for screen protectors which is really annoying in my otterbox case. I use mostly for reading and Audible book however even with the blue light or night mode the screen doesn't darken enough to be comfortable reading in the dark.
@@mirk5153 Yes you can! I checked the app settings as soon as I turned it on. They fixed it and all streaming apps work great and play in HD. This is- so far - much better than this review suggests!

I bought the Tab 8.0 2019, for my comics, manga, books, and videos. The resolution is 720, but it's still great for reading. It did have some extreme lagging but the most recent update has help substancialy. I do not game on it because it's a mid range tablet with only 32 gb of internal storage. I do however, have a 512 gb micro sd card that has allowed me to carry my large reading collection. I was able to buy it for $103 at Costco.
looking forward to reviews of the new lenovo tab m7 lte and m8 lte. I think the m7 has the perfect form factor for being a phone replacement at 100mm wide display. The m8 will have better specs and will be about the same size as the tab active 3 but half the price. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
BTW, I've been hearing that the Tab A7 has a problem with memory expansion. Does this has the same problem? I'm thinking of getting this as a secondary tablet for school and I prefer an 8-inch tablet as a secondary tablet (especially e-books)
I really want the Active 3. I need a tablet that is an 8" screen and active pen compatible for notes. Samsung is asking way too much money for the Active 3 as well as it's predecessor, the Active 2, and I absolutely cannot get into the Apple ecosystem. So I'm stuck!
