And then he uses the recommendations as a punchline again later with the Microsoft Paint Tutorial when reading the comment about the product he uses. This dude really comes up with the most inventive ways to make jokes and I love it

I actually love this video. It's really refreshing to see somone who has integrity laugh off a bunch of negative comments. I love how the comments are so badly written that their message looses all of it's power. I just review stuff I find interesting and it can be disheartening. I spend weeks and months studying, working to get equipment and try products and generally to share something positive and people can tear it apart in a sentence. So I truly appreciate this video for showing me how to laugh it off. Thanks!

I think it's to avoid going out of the house too much. Driving out of the house can be complicated for older people because it's tiring especially for their eyes and it's just complicated. That's probably why they stock a shit ton of things in the garage so they don't have to go to the stores when it's finished. They just go to the freezer in the garage.

about the fridges, you get married, you buy a house and it comes with your first fridge! (back when your grandparents were getting married, fridges were built to last years, unlike modern fridges that are built to bust quicker so you buy more fridges.) anyways, 15 years down the line that fridge that started their house is now kinda old, and maybe not broken, but financially you're in a place where you can buy a new fridge, because remember, you're a baby boomer and were able to get a job and build up your savings over the last 20 years instead of paying student loans till the day you die. well, now you have a nice new shiny fridge and an older, while still working, fridge that you don't necessarily want to toss out, plus you can put overload in there! real neat and handy.

rose, maybe you can explain. I'm pretty sure he meant for his comment to be taken humorously, but I cannot wrap my head around the phenomenon of liking a video figuratively. In a non-literal way. It is a confusing concept. In my understanding, there are two ways to go about liking a video: one by pressing the button, physically, and another by gaining enjoyment from it, in your mind, you could argue, spiritually. But what I cannot grasp is "figuratively." You see, both ways are literal. Both ways of liking a video are literal ways. When he says figuratively, does he suggest that there is a third, non-physical, non-spiritual, non-literal way to like a video? Figuratively liking this video almost seems like he's undermining the quality. Like he's putting quotation marks around his enjoyment. I am concerned for my life and the lives of other people. about the fridges, you get married, you buy a house and it comes with your first fridge! (back when your grandparents were getting married, fridges were built to last years, unlike modern fridges that are built to bust quicker so you buy more fridges.) anyways, 15 years down the line that fridge that started their house is now kinda old, and maybe not broken, but financially you're in a place where you can buy a new fridge, because remember, you're a baby boomer and were able to get a job and build up your savings over the last 20 years instead of paying student loans till the day you die. well, now you have a nice new shiny fridge and an older, while still working, fridge that you don't necessarily want to toss out, plus you can put overload in there! real neat and handy.
