      Hey Dr Stephens,
I have an urgent question, if I have hyper-pigmented under arms and mid thighs, would you recommend adding Hemp oil to my cerave moisturiser?? Or are there better remedies ?
Also, most of your products are hard to find in the UAE, so kindly advise your international followers how to acquire these great products
Also if my entire body suffers hyperpigmentation, I can’t do my face routine on it, what would you recommend ?
PS; I’d love to win me some products 😍😍😍I’ll pay the shipping and delivery fees 💃🏽

Hello Dr. Stephens, I recently discovered your channel about two weeks ago after one of your videos showed up in me recommended videos. I just want to sincerely thank you for the information you provide. I have suffered (and I use this work literally) from acne-prone skin and hyperpigmentation since I was young. The last time I had clear skin was in the 8th grade. 😩 After binge-watching many of your videos, I changed my entire skincare routine based on the info you provide and have noticed an IMMEDIATE positive difference. I still have a lot of dark spots on my skin but I know that will take time. Dr. Stephens, I can’t express my gratitude for all that you do. My skin has never felt so healthy and I am excited to SEE the long-term results (I began picture documenting my skin 😊).
I’m just hear you express my gratitude 🙏🏽 I am a supporter for life.

So my sunscreen journey started when I was about 23 years old. I'm like a 5/6 on the fitzpatrick scale and I have combination to oily skin. I first started with the Obaji Sun Shield Matt SPF 50. Used that for about 8 years. Then went to Elta MD UV Shield broad spectrum in SPF 45. Was using that for about 8 years and now I'm using the Dr V. Inzincable. And I have to say the Dr. V sunscreen is probably the best sunscreen I've ever used. Never leaves a white cast and I mean NEVER. Doesn't pill which is perfect since I apply a lot of serums and hydrators as part of my morning routine. And it doesn't leave my skin oily or shiny. When I'm low I always order two at a time since I don't want to run out. I have to see that sunscreen is a 10/10 for me. For the body I just found the Eucerin Advanced Hydration in SPF 50 and that is also a game changer. I wear a lot of tank tops in the summer and after applying my Cerave body lotion I apply that on top and my skin looks so hydrated. And also doesn't leave a white cast. But I only us that for the body and the Dr. V for the face.

    Hey Dr. Stephens,
I have been attempting to find a sunscreen that is well rounded. I’ve tried Neutrogena sheer zinc … horrible. I’ve tried Cotz tinted … it was good just took a while to work into the skin. I’ve tried Black girl sunscreen and love it but it doesn’t have all of the things POC need. I’m currently using colorscience based on your recommendation… goes on easy but the color isn’t for deeper skin tones so it looks a little off. I don’t mind because I’m wearing a mask but i don’t think I’d be comfortable wearing this and going out barefaced (sometimes it looks like the wrong complexion makeup) I’d love to try the Solar science in dark if I’m chosen as i don’t mind the glow …. Thank you for all of the dedication to this channel you have given.
Update: purchased the MDSolarScience definitely prefer this .. thanks for putting me on 😃

Hi Dr Stephens! I would love to be gifted the Sheer Joy Sunscreen SPF 50+ because I find myself hesitating to put a sufficient amount of tinted sunscreen on bc it becomes too much color on my skin and to see a sunscreen made by a Black doctor and without a white cast is insane! Btw I treat your videos like a textbook referencing them when I am trying to learn something about my skin and I mean that so thank youu 😭

Hello Dr Alexis, i would really like to try the Colorscience Flex Sunscreen (Medium), since it's so expensive i have not been able to buy it! I have tried so many suncreens but i still get a white cast. :)

Thank you for this video. As someone who has been struggling to find a sunscreen that would match my skin tone, as well as one that doesn`t take me forever, I really appreciate the information you shared. I recently purchased a sunscreen which I`m not happy with, it leaves a white cast and takes forever to blend in. That being said, I think the MDSolar Sciences would be a perfect pick. Thank you.

For me it would be the Sheer Joy 🤩!! My son plays baseball here FL, west coast. We spend our weekends at baseball tournaments, and I don’t like wearing tinted sunscreen or makeup those days.

Hi Dr. Alexis! Beautiful skin! So glad I found you. I watched your videos and I’m trying to figure out if I can use the Glycone acne self foaming cleanser while I use topicals faded cream? I have oily acne skin that has seen to calm of irritation since using Borghese cream cleanser and spf moisturizer. I also use their vitamin C capsules at night. A dermatologist wants to start me on Accutane but I’m not ready for that.

Hello! The Bergen Dermatology Sheer Joy, please! As a busy mum who also sees psychology clients (children with ASD), it would be wonderful to try one of these and not have to keep breaking the bank trying to protect my skin and not resemble my 10 year-old-Coppertone-wearing-self 😂😂 thank you!

Hello Dr. Alexis, I prefer the Bergen because I wear a lab coat at work and do not like tinted sunscreens as they stain my coat. Also I also have oily skin and need less shine. Thank you and happy holidays to you and your family. Thank you for all the content. Keep the videos coming :)

Thank Goodness, you and Dr V are angels for skin of colour. Pls I want to ask, most sunscreen in Nigeria have face sunscreen written on it, can it be worn on other part of the body that is exposed to the sun? Secondly if I'm to win, I'll definitely prefer Dr V's Sunscreen. Thank you so much

Hello dr. Alexis, thank you for making these skincare videos. I really enjoy watching them and I have learned so much about how to take care of my dark skin. However I live in Europe and at times it can be difficult to get ahead of some of the proud of you and your Channel. Will you please please please make a video with your opinion and recommendation of European brand mineral sunscreens for darker complexions?

Hi Dr.Alexis! Would using a tinted sunscreen protect dark marks more than regular non tinted sun screen?? Great content you have by the way! 😁💜
